This is the only HR block that I have been going to for the whole 7 years I have lived here in Arlington Texas very good customer service everyone smiles they make you laugh and feel comfortable even if you have a rough day I highly recommend this place

If I could leave no stars, I would!I would say I have been very patient but this has been one of the most challenging experiences I have encountered pertaining to my business account with H&R Block. We faced a series of IRS penalties, which unfortunately have not been adequately addressed by current management or by the owner Roy Edwards, who has failed to take accountability for his employees. Furthermore, despite my submission of a cancellation request, H&R Block had continued to draft monthly payments without authorization. Regrettably, as of today, issues remain unresolved, and communication from their end (Kamil) and District Manager (Jessica) often consists of vague promises such as “I will get back to you,” or better yet, no response at all.Very unprofessional!

BEWARE!!! Please keep away from this location for your own benefit and safety, The reviews are fake. No one answers the call or help you, We have a business account with them and pay them every month for the services but the experience has been WORST with them, They should close their business if they are not serious about it. I wish I could give them 0 ratings!

I wish there was a zero star option.They had me running back and fort for almost 2 months and Bryan promised like 6 times to finish my taxes in a specific date but he didn’t keep his word even once.After that the manager stepped in a promised to finish my taxes but yet empty promises again, then they assigned another accountant to finish my taxes and when I went there to see her she had no idea what she was doing.They lost my documents and asked me again to provide them with another copy.They got extension for my business but for some reason it was rejected by IRS and now I have to pay the price for that.My suggestion is to not be fooled by their fake reviews and go somewhere better where they have some professionalism and business standard instead of wasting your time and money on this lying business place!

Bryan French is unprofessional, we left our tax information and gave him everything he needed and all he did was keep our information and he didn’t work on preparing the taxes at all. He had all of our paperwork and information to do our taxes but just held on to it for a month and did nothing with it, didn’t call didn’t email, didn’t reach out. Don’t come here and expect you’re dealing with professionals/experts. I then contacted the owner just to also speak to another unprofessional careless individual. If you’re going to run a tax preparing establishment the least you could do is be decent and professional and care especially when people are expecting their taxes to get done. My husband and I trusted H&R Block and we were shocked at the lack of professionalism and care these employees have when handling sensitive tax/personal information. Absolutely disgusting/disappointed with this experience. Roy Edwards is the owner and took no accountability for his employees actions.

This was one of my worst experiences filing taxes ever. Our taxes were not that difficult and I just feel that the service was way overpriced.The tax preparer left a digit off of my account number for direct deposit Which has now delayed the return.Needless to say I will not be using H&R Block again next year!!!
