I have used Imagine Nation since school started for my son's before and after school care and would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of childcare! The building is always clean, the staff is responsive and professional!

I was considering this facility recently for my granddaughter however I learned some information recently that drugs had been found in a restroom. I learned this through a parent that takes her son to this location. Im not sure who the drugs belonged to but the mgt Ms Ashley needs to address this with ALL PARENTS not just a select few. So with this being said I will find another location even if it means driving farther into Arlington. Do what you want, not gonna chance it and the Non transparency.

Absolutely love this place for my little one. Ms. Tonya and the rest of her team are fabulous with the kids. My child’s teacher Ms. Van always provides daily updates and they’re always doing fun arts and crafts projects. I’ve looked at different daycare facilities and this place just made me feel safe to leave my kiddo.

My 6-month old son began attending this daycare in early February 2023 and on two occasions, they did not feed him for over 5+ hours and got a lot of other important things wrong. The first incident occurred on his first day. They were short staffed, had multiple people call out at once, and there was a miscommunication regarding feeding schedules, so “I was told.” On that same day, when I walked in, I noticed my son was in the toddler room (a room I never toured nor signed up for) and he was sitting up by himself without a boppy pillow as he is not a sitter. He soon fell back and hit his head quite hard on the wall behind him. I was livid and rushed in to pick him up. I then learned he had not been fed for 5+ hours, and they gave him formula opposed to my breast milk. I immediately spoke to the director, Tanya, about my concerns, and she informed me it wouldn’t happen again but never apologized for the issue. To make matters worse, when I returned home that evening, I noticed the caretakers used the wrong diaper cream which caused my son to break out. The next morning, I spoke with Tanya again who then passed me off to the Infant Room main teacher, April. She was nice and understanding. She assured me that all my concerns was a one time occurrence and it wouldn’t happen again.Fast forward to last week (3/3/2023), I pick up my son and again he is in the toddler room. I notice on his log that the last time he ate was 11am and it was now 5pm. I then spoke to the caretaker in the room, Alisha, about this issue and again I’m passed off to April who then confirmed that the last time my son ate was around 11am. UNACCEPTABLE! While both caretakers were apologetic, there was NO EXCUSE as to why my son was not fed for 6 hours! When addressed with Tanya, she assured me that she would be the one to make sure he was fed. But in my mind, that would not fix the issue as the issue was with staff shortages and a lack of communication. I immediately removed my son from this daycare that day. Please be aware that if you bring your child here that although staff members are nice, they are overworked and miss a lot of important things for proper daily care. Also, if you have an infant, please know your child will not always remain in the infant room and they will frequently be placed in the toddler room which is inappropriate for infants.

I'm happy to send my two kids here for daycare. My oldest is shy and reserved but she enjoys coming here and making friends. She was also potty trained with the help of the staff. I personally like that they have splash days in the summer. My wife and I are expecting one more baby and he will be going to this daycare as well.

Can’t say enough about this place!!My son has been going here since he was an infant he now is 4. First thing I noticed when I picked this learning center out is that the security system most definitely makes me feel like my son is safe and I can work peacefully knowing that. Very clean and always friendly staff to greet you. My son loves his teachers Miss. Ronnie and Miss Monica he talks about them all the time and what he’s learning. I 1000% recommend this learning center for your little ones.Ashleigh

My daughter attended this location for 4 years and I now have my 8 month old son here as well. Everyone is so nice and loves and takes care of your kids so well. They are also one of the more affordable options for childcare in the area. Highly recommend!

I'm grateful to have found a daycare for my children that I can feel comfortable with when I am working. My daughter attended 2 different daycares before enrolling at Imagine Nation, and our experiences has been like night and day. From our interactions with the staff to the quality of care and comfort level my child displays when there. Since we made the switch, my daughter loves daycare (and bugs me on the weekends and late at night to go) My husband and I drive 45+ minutes ,each way, in traffic every weekday to take our children in. But we wouldnt have it any other way. It is worth it for the peace of mind and the satisfaction of our babies getting quality care. The teachers we have had have been outstanding dear to my heart. I appreciated the diversity of the staff and the student body. I've watched my children 's comfort level expand (within reason), social interactions increase, and their knowledge and skills continue to grow. This daycare is a gem.
