My daughter has been going to this school for 6 years. I have to say there are few teachers that I do appreciate for helping my daughter with anything she needs. 2020 when the pandemic started, I understood that all teachers had it rough but when I would reach out to them via email or call them. I had no one answering my emails or return my calls. There is no communication, front desk are not welcoming, very rude, and no professionalism.I would not recommend taking your children here. There is a lot of favoritism as well.

Do no send your kids here ! It’s very unorganized, as far as drive line goes not only do they close the gate before time stated on form they couldn’t locate my child until 25 min after pick up even after some waiting . Morning drop off they close the gate again before time stated and the lack of communication is huge .

This school has the worst communication ever. Even though they have provided a snap shot of the curriculum of the year they don’t follow it. Instead of them sending home work assignments to the parents and students they only send them to the students email. Good luck with trying to set up a meeting with anyone they either forget or don’t have time. They class room setting is boring and does not engage in the students. I wanted my children out of a public school setting where they don’t only focus on test , but they do same exact thing here. I tried to give this school a chance to get their act together but it will never happen. If they have awards or programs they send you the information 2-3 days before the event. Lack of communication, rushed work, bullied with no consequences, food is horrible, don’t send your kids there find another school that actually cares about your child and not just numbers.

The teachers really do care about the kids here. I've had opportunities to transfer my kids to other schools after moves but I loved the teachers so much that I sacrificed driving 20 mins out the way to keep them here. Principal Waters and Ms. Betts do an amazing job with the kids as well. They had Saturday school and tutoring throughout the year to help kids Excel!! Great school

Our experience at ILT - Arlington, K-8 campus has been fantastic! My son is now a 3rd grader and began his elementary education in Pre-K at ILT. The current administration, teachers, staff and volunteers are truly focused on the overall development of the kids. What people need to understand is it takes time to develop relationships in life and this is true at this school just like any others. For any new parents interested in ILT - Arlington, K-8, please visit and spend some time getting to know the staff and teachers and allow them time to get to know you as well. Outside of the school lunch, my son loves his school, classmates and teachers.

ILT is a very outgoing school. The teachers not only teach us academic subjects, but also how to go through the struggles you have in life. And shout out to our P.E teachers, for putting up with us!! The students know how to build each other up and boost up the teachers, principals and staff.
