I went to fix my wiper blade and it was Andrew who came to help me. Andrew and Austin helped me fix my blade. I really appreciate their care, compassion, skills. I would recommend everyone to go to them for any auto needs if you are in Arlington or around. Keep it boys 👍

Sign says UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT... And it must be!! They helped me with my wiper blades - even replaced one - and they said "your good" WHAT? "I got you" ... That's how you make a customer for life! THANK YOU JIFFY LUBE!

9 months ago I left a 5 star review and they STILL LIVE UP TO those 5 stars... I'm not a car person I just drive and don't have a choice NOT TO (because I hate it) but I felt like I needed to get my oil changed or checked because I smelled a burnt smell as I was getting off the road coming home. The funds are not funding 😵💫 but I need to keep my car in good condition. I pulled into THIS JIFFY LUBE @1531 Cooper St and three young men came out in no time. I explained I didn't know when I last had my oil changed even though I had a sticker from 8/24 but I just wanted to be on the safe side. 1 gentleman checked my oil and it was good (deep breath) then I asked if it could be the water and another young man said he would check everything and top everything off. EVEN THOUGH I didn't get a service done and they wouldn't take a payment. I will be coming back soon after 3000 miles most definitely. Hopefully in the near future. Customer service is still ALIVE. THANKS AGAIN MEN. I only caught 1 of their names I believe it was Andrew Jones or Johnson.

Jeff helped me out with brake fluid and radiator fluid service . These guys work extremely quick and efficient. As soon as I took off I could immediately tell the difference. Highly recommend!

Today was my first time being serviced at this establishment and it was wonderful experience. Everyone was very friendly. Jeff was very friendly and hospitable; More over he did a great job on my brake repair. Austin was also a pleasure to be around and he gave me a very reasonable rate. I would come back and recommend others to bring their vehicles!😁👍
