I ordered shoes a week ago for delivery on March 16 2024 received 3 emails on March 15 2024 stating shoes were delivered at 1147am went to store on 3/16 to be told by Manager Ms Rodgers that my shoes weren't there UPS always makes this mistake but my email came from Snipes not UPS then to top it off UPS shows my shoes was received by Rodgers so either this store and their website is a scam or they have fraudulent activity going on i will be filing charges. Update I received my shoes the night of 3/16/24 after constantly showing the store I wasn't going away when I arrived to picked them up it was confirmed the shoes indeed arrived on 3/15/24 and that manager Sheri Rodgers knew about them and had lied too me as she has done before to other customers this was confirmed by 3 other employees there also they didn't require I show my ID to pick up my shoes so my guess was her plan was too have someone else come in and pose as me but I beat them there. So this store definitely has some fraudulent activity going on then the shoes were stiff as a rock so I questioned the authentic of them as this store is known for knock offs

Nice selection. Nice 4th of July sale. Costumer service from floor salesman not the greatest. Not the most attentive or engaged when asking questions about the sneakers.

Manger there she's so rude she don't know how talk she talk so bad to costumer and she can told u don't buy nothing and leave my store . And when u ask for manger she told u I'm the manger. Honestly I never seen manger like that .

Workers didn’t greet me. They were rude. I was going to buy some pants and on the shelf it stated they were $39.99. She told me it stated select styles only but it did not. It was falsely advertised. When brought to her attention she seemed very rude responding back to me: I will not be shopping at that Jimmy jazz anymore

Do not shop at this store they sell knock off shoes and clothing the don’t give refunds they sold me some defective shoes and didn’t give me a refund stay away all jimmy jazz stores

Do not order online unless you wanna wait over a month for your order they are acting slow like they can't send the packages I have got orders from everywhere else but here
