If I could add something lower than ONE STAR, I would. I ordered my son's senior class ring on August 27, 2022. Was given the option to do installments or pay in full, I selected installments. After a month of waiting for an update of the status of whether the ring was started I called them and was informed that they would not start the ring until paid in full (wish they would have said that initially). I paid the remaining balance. When we finally received the ring (October 2022) it was incorrect. He attends Townview magnet (there are 6 schools in one). Rather than ask which school he is a part of they just randomly selected one (the WRONG one), there wasn't an option to say which one on the order form. Supposedly, a replacement ring was delivered 12/14 although my Ring camera shows that NO ONE came to my door that day AND I WFH and know that NO ONE came to my door. February 9, I was told that a new ring would be issued with signature required and we should expect it by March 4. At that point, I told them to just cancel it and issue a refund as he graduates May 28 and have gone the entire year without his high school class ring! I spoke with Chandler B in the Warranty Department in January. I spoke with Stephanie in Warranty on 2/15, 2/21, and 2/28. I also spoke with Colleen on 2/22. Now I'm getting the run around on when I will receive my refund. As of today, February 28 I'm being told for the second time that it will be 10-14 days before I receive my refund. I asked to speak with a manager, of course she's not in today (Tiffany) and then I asked for the number to Corporate and of course Stephanie didn't have that information. This has been a total nightmare! I am glad that this is my last child so I won't have to deal with Jostens again, but also upset that this is my last child and his senior year experience has been tarnished.

I hope this place loses its contract with these schools they have the worst customer And the cheapest products I ordered a jacket for my son And they couldn't even get the spelling right

I ordered my UTA college ring, it was $1,200 not a small order! Well when I got the email the rep chose the wrong ring! I called the next morning to see if they could fix the problem, I was at work and told the lady I would call later throughout the day. SOMEONE CANCELED MY ORDER! They told me it would take 15 days to get my money back this is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!! Well I started my new order and the same rep said they wouldn’t take my money out until I got the confirmation email and would see it was the correct ring, thus lady messed up again and put con instead of com, I never got my confirmation email AND they already took another $1,200 out if my mothers account!! I contacted her and she said I have to call customer service! Oh and btw now I won’t have my ring by the ring ceremony date!
