My family and I have been going to this pharmacy for years, for as long as I can remember. Next door is our primary doctor and the same one I’ve had since a child. Usually, the staff and pharmacy have always treated my mom and I with kindness and been so helpful. Recently I’ve had to move our prescription to a more local pharmacy. There was a misunderstanding and I decided to call KVN to see if they could answer my question (per my mom’s request), but instead, a young woman (voice I’ve never heard before) answered and yelled at me. In her defense she could just be a loud talker, however I felt extremely degraded and belittled just because I didn’t understand her explanation. She just said “we’ve already sent it away” many times. We usually speak with the older male who’s worked there for years and he’s always been so nice to me. I’m extremely disappointed in this interaction and hope they do better. I can’t even begin to imagine her speaking to my mom like that. Be kind! People are confused and just trying to refill a prescription that they need.

Overall, good experience. In person - great. One time I came in and they offered and suggested delivery so that I don’t have to pick it up. I love that they deliver for free. However, there were a couple of times, I had to call more than once to remind them to deliver my refills because they didn’t come.
Over the phone, not always the most productive. I had a hard time hearing the lady that answered the phone, it sounded far away like I was placed on speaker phone. I couldn’t hear her correctly especially when it’s muffled also with her asking incomplete questions, and she got a little impatient. I asked for my new prescriptions to be refilled and delivered, was told “well when it comes in.” I have a feeling I may have to call again to remind 😅.

Called to have my prescription filled this morning. Was told it would be ready for pickup later in the day. I stopped by at 2:20 in the afternoon and they were already closed even though they advertise being open until 3. Looks like it's time to switch back to CVS.

We absolutely love KVN Pharmacy. We have used this pharmacy for the last 4 years for all 8 of our Assisted Living facilities. Kevin(owner) always answers our questions and helped us professionally

Staffs not very friendly and unprofessional. The guy never put on a smile for a 1st time customer. The lady was not knowledgeable with the Vietnamese name, even though she is Vietnamese. Customers name is Tho, she would called out Thỏ, ridiculous. Thơ, Thọ are some of the common names, why would you even have an idea of an animal name and called the customer that. Just sad.

Very friendly and helpfull employees,, I think they are the owners, Im not sure. They had my script ready like they said and I was in and out super fast. No wait, good prices. I think I will transfer all of my meds there. I dont care for the lines at the big chain drug stores. Nice not to wait!

Kevin and crew at KVN are quite possibly the nicest pharmacy staff I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They are professional, knowledgeable and just overall wonderful. Highly recommend!
