  I never had issue when shopping or selling clothes here. I came today for selling my daughter’s toy. I don’t expect to have the high appraisal, but at least you guys should consider how much those toys worth. I gave them the ride-on which is $127 if you buy at Target and other toys as well. What I got was only $8. To be honest, I chose to donate what they didn’t buy, and I hope the ride-on is for donation instead of reselling in store because the price you gave to me is unreasonable.

  Amazing place best kid prices for anything a growing little needs. Amazing staff very helpful and always in great spirits. If I could give any advice to any moms that have smaller children specifically for and under, if you know, you have any clothes that you had a hard time getting the stain out of and the stain just never got out of the clothing. Don’t even waste your time bringing it up there because they won’t take it. But I do know actually you can bring it up there to donate they give you an option to donate items that they did not take due to it either being too dirty or too damaged or stains couldn’t get out etc. they have different reasons or maybe they may have too much of that item in stock or it could be a item that’s too hard for them to sell But other than that the company is great. The employers are always amazing and I always generate a good amount of money when I do bring my daughter stuff in and they’re always taking stuff for all seasons, which is great for moms because we’re always cleaning out a closet or a drawer .

  I have sold here a few times, never had any issues. Today I go in to sell and since I live a quite a bit away I asked the young lady at the front how many bins do they consider it for to be “drop off” because I’m trying to avoid dropping off and coming back. The young lady said more than 3 bins is considered drop off so I reiterated “okay so I can fill 3 bins and wait” and she said yes. Then they check me in and say since I have 3 bins I need to drop off, I said no I asked before hand the lady said 3 was fine to wait. They the get the blonde lady (I guess manager) and she’s pushing back and I state again that I asked beforehand and I was told 3, she the gets snippy with me saying we’ll do a one time exception but the wait will be longer. Completely understand if they have a policy but the worker also didn’t even know properly herself, I told the lady that maybe the workers should know the proper procedures she then says “okay well we can pull the camera footage to see what was said but your wait will be about a hour and a half.” Basically calling me a liar in front of the workers and customers. Mind you the worker who told me the wrong information is just standing there not once said she messed up and told me the wrong number. She just allowed the manager to think I was being a rude customer and have her manager call me a liar in front of other customers basically. Never returning here again.

  DO NOT sell there! They severely undermined your dell and offer extremely low amounts in exchange for top name brand items. For example less than $3 for name brand shoes in great condition. Defiantly feels like a robbery in broad daylight. You will do better selling on Facebook market place.
