Very bad customer service.
I waited in the home and kitchen section for 1 hour, but nobody was there to help me find the item I needed. They also displayed samples without any prices. After waiting for about an hour, I asked an employee for the price, and she said she didn’t know.

There should be more people in that branch, since there is too much demand for people and they can't help us. And on the phone you cannot make your complaint, if you are missing spaces, commas and more, and the branch is so crowded that it is hours of wasted time, if you go for advice.

Ran in for a pair of socks. Used to be able to get in & out quickly. Was completely shocked that there's now one set of registers, they have three people working them, & the line was extremely long. Handed the socks back to someone stocking the sundry up-sell items, & left. I used to be love Kohl's, but it's a total miss now.

Staff were nice but the new checkout experience leaves much to be desired. I would like to see the manager step in and check folks out when the line is long and only 2 cashiers are checking folks out.

Clothes have gotten very expensive and I just want fond of the current styles. I had a 30 percent off coupon and still couldn't find anything to buy. I used to get my purses here but even at discount the prices are way too high.
