Was nervous transferring here since I've used HEB for years down in Austin and San Antonio, but the staff is very friendly and my refills are always done on time. The staff is also good at trying discount cards they have in their system when insurance tries to overcharge you for something. Great pharmacy experience overall!

I normally dont review pharmacies but i just wanted to say I had a pleasant experience with this one. I needed a prescription filled and it was kind of them to check a handful of the discount cards to find the best price.

Hate going here, but it’s the cheapest for my prescription. They have been on back order for my prescription for 3 weeks now. Last time I went in a younger gentleman said he could send a message to my care provider to let them know about situation so my prescription could be changed or sent somewhere else. He didn’t and the girl I spoke to today says they don’t do that. Weird that one pharmacist was going to do it and she says they don’t do it. Called the office of my care provider and they said the pharmacy needs to contact them to verify I didn’t receive it, which makes sense, but they won’t help.

They really went out of their way to help me when I was having trouble getting a medication. I was so sick so I really appreciated it.

Excellent customer service! Pharmacist Jeathan (sp?) went above and beyond to help locate a medication at another pharmacy (even non-Kroger) when they did not have it in stock. Thanks so much!!

Their red-headed assistant manager enjoyed being a wise ass. He decided to give me a smart ass answer instead of just directly answering my question. I will not be returning.

Extremely understaffed. On July 28, only one self-check was open, no cashiers with a line out the door. Manager apologized and said there was a mix-up in staffing. I am on a cane or use walker and I was in a lot of pain. The electric carts are not an option because I had one quit in the middle of the store. He assured me curbside had improved and they are better at filling your orders. Decided to give them another try. Placed an order to be picked up Aug 6 at 11am only to be sent a message that my order was cancelled. Eventually reached a live person at customer service that admitted my order was cancelled due to insufficient staffing. I have been a loyal Kroger customer for over 55 years but no more.

They dropped the ball again! filled a prescription from a month ago that I don't even take and not the one I called in and absolutely have to have twice a day every day.Unbelievable!! Then they get Lippy and of course they have the nerve to blame my Doctor, wow! What they didn't know until now is I get texted and emails on everything thing that has to due with me including any and all prescriptions. They act like it's all about them instead of having a little basic compassion for the person with the health issues. I'm not saying anything I'm just Saying!

This has become my new Kroger ever since I moved to the DFW area, and I come here for my occasional groceries and medication, and it is overall a pretty decent Kroger. It has everything it needs while being conveniently located -- the only thing i will say is that the self check-out kiosks are pretty limited so there is always a long line when I am at this Kroger. Any time I was at a Kroger back in ATL, I would never have to wait to check out, so this is something new but I am learning to adapt to it. Pharmacy folks are super friendly and they're quick. I am overall impressed with the Kroger and am super excited to get my grocery runs here!

Please be warned, a few weeks ago I purchased a 2 pack of ribeye steaks from here, now I've been seriously ill ever since. I've had many bouts of food poisoning throughout my life, but I've never had one lasting for weeks, and I hope I can just survive bc it has only gotten worse. Eat Kroger's meat at your own risk, god only knows what these things were contaminated with
