Every time I have a grocery pickup order, it is not ready on time. The app will say it’s ready for pickup at the specified time, then I get a text or phone call while I’m on my way to the store or pulling up, that my order won’t be ready. This is obviously an issue as I’ve seen other reviews regarding this exact thing. Why hasn’t this been fixed? You would think you’d hire more pickers so these issues don’t keep happening. I spoke with a manager the last time this happened and I was supposed to be receiving some sort of credit towards my next order. Did I receive it? No. I guess instead of it being convenient for myself and going to the Kroger 1.5 miles from my house, I’ll have to go to one that is further and see if they have their stuff together. Do better Kroger on Lamar!

The cashiers are awesome and usually super impressed with this Kroger except this was my 1st time to buy the 5 pieces of fried chicken for 5 bucks. I know sometimes things slide by but feathers 😔 I purchased on a Tuesday evening and took for a Wednesday lunch and was overly disappointed.

Avoid at all cost! Discriminated and talked down to for using coupons and benefits. Workers are rude, unprofessional and judgemental. We're judged for what we were purchasing like they were better than us. Will refuse to use benefits or coupons if it's inconvenient. Every single time we feel like we are judged and unwelcome in the store. Racist and ableist! We only ever go unless absolutely nessicary due to how close it is.

I've been going to Kroger for many years on Lamar in Arlington. I've always had a great experience until today. Kroger has everything needed, store is always clean and organized. Today, I was at checkout 1, the young lady was rude to my wife. I didn't hear the conversation. My wife told me while walking to the car what was said. Glad I didn't hear, I would have snapped at her. She appeared to be annoyed about having to work.

I want to commend Kroger Pharmacy for consistently providing great customer service. The staff is always helpful, professional, and efficient.
However, my experience at the self-checkout was disappointing. The attendant was rude and dismissive when I pointed out an incorrect price on an item. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and offering to fix it, she refused to help and ignored the issue. This was during the busiest part of the day, making the situation even more frustrating and inconvenient.
After working an 8-hour shift, the last thing I want to deal with is poor customer service, especially when I’m spending my hard-earned money. A simple card swipe could have resolved the issue, but instead, I was met with attitude and inadequate service. Kroger, please ensure your staff is trained to handle these situations with professionalism and respect.

Good produce, decent prices. But will not be returning to Kroger as long as they have those annoying people trying to sell you internet and accost you even after you decline. I’ll pay the premium at Tom Thumb to avoid near harassment.

Came 5 mins past close to pick up and the sweetest lady in a pink vest still blessed me and brought it out. Wish I got her name

There is only one employee that know how to work the Instacart feature. If y’all don’t know how to use Instacart why offer the option?

Just moved to the area and have visited this store a handful of times. Poorly ran with having employees to service the actual store. It’s like they do not even care.

This is the worst Kroger I hVe ever shopped at. Some of my items did not ring up at the advertised price..I did not know this til after I paid. The high school girl working self checkout made me feel it was my fault. She told me to go to customer service to get a refund. Unlike every other Kroger, there is not a dedicated desk it was in the middle of the store at a checkout lane. The woman told ne I would need to get in line and she could help me. There were 4 customers in line with full carts. I was not going to wait to get taken care of. Overall this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I have shopped at kroger, king soopers and Fred Meyers most of my life. This was the worst experience I've had. Also, if you are going to advertise sale prizes, have them loaded at the registers.

Come for the groceries, stay because you’re being held hostage. There are a million self checkout lanes but half of them are always closed. It doesn’t matter what day of the week, what time of day. And only one checker working. They don’t limit how much you can take to self checkout so there are always people shopping for their family of eight taking 20 minutes to check out.

Never ordering anything from here again. I did an Instacart order and was told that Instacart orders are not a priority for this location and they will always do their own pick list items first instead of third-party. Essentially, what this means is that people will wait hours for their Instacart order and these people will just keep their order and not pull them out, So my food is ready and sitting there, but they are refusing to bring it out unless we go in and get it which they told us to do. Definitely not ever shopping here again it’s always dirty anyway.
