  Turkeys were clearly on sell on the website and they would not honor their own price. I gave customer service and the manager a chance to fix it they did not and do not know how their on site works. Do not shop here. It is not worth it. I will not. The were going to be out 20 dollars now they will be out a lot more. I won't shop there again.

  My complaint is only with one person, I don't know her name but she's an American woman, she is always in a bad mood and has her cell phone in her hand, she doesn't like to serve people and when she has to, she does it reluctantly, the worst thing is that apparently she is the manager there, which makes the service terrible when she works, in the morning there is another man, a dark-skinned man who is an excellent person, I wish there were more like him, he really knows how to serve people and helps at all times, please do something, I have been shopping here for a long time and it is disgusting to go when this lady is working because you always feel a bad atmosphere when she is there.

  This is my local store easy for me to get to. I now will drive across town to go to the neighborhood Walmart . two days ago I ordered cupcakes in the bakery, and when I went to pick them up yesterday, they were ready. And they look great the bakery lady Her name is Jorden did a wonderful job however when I went to the self check The cupcakes would not ring up the lady running the check out told me to go back to the bakery and get Barcode the lady back there did not know what to do so she called her her personal Then told me she can do nothing over the phone Was sent back to the front. I just asked to speak to a manager and the young lady Check out told me that she was outside. She had to go get her. The manager would refuse to come inside because she was smoking a cigarette Her name is Katrina. The lady at the self check out, had a very smart mouth and and was rude to me because she was not trained at her job . I just kept asking for the manager while she Why she could not ring me up she came back in and told me she’s smoking . And did not Want to come in . so I was hanging with 30 cupcakes had 45 minutes to get to the party and I could not get anyone to ring me up. It was very frustrating. I will not be back. The guys who do the bagging of the groceries and picking up carts Are the ones who should be running that store they are the nicest sweetest employees ever and they’re always happy to help .

  How can you be out of half gallon of milk on Wednesday. especially when it is a wic item the time was at 1045 am .the dairy clerk was rude no we don't have it.i had go Walmart down the road

  The reason I gave three stars is that it’s my major grocery store to buy the organic food, also my favorite one. But just now my daughter ate a piece of GLASS from a carrot cake. A PIECE of GLASS! Scary, right?!

  If I could give this store no stars I would! They are very NASTY to their African American/ black employees and I have witnessed this several times with my own 2 eyes. They fire all the black employees when they are the ones who bring the most energy to the store literally with no reasoning just because “they aren’t fit”. This store has went down hill!

  This has to be the worst Kroger! There’s never anyone at the service desk and everyone just walks around like it’s not their problem. Produce looks terrible. Everything looks dirty. Such a disappointment

  If I could give zero stars, I would I had the worst experience there about three weeks ago or so with an employee by the name of Ashley in the self checkout. I don’t even know how she’s even employed. She showed the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She was rude and would not give me formula that I needed for my crying baby that was in the car with her father all because I apparently didn’t go all the way around the store just so I could get formula that was right in front. There was only one man there in line already that told me I could go ahead in front of him, nobody was complaining so I didn’t get why she had a problem with it. Anyways we went back and forth about how I needed to go all the way around the store just to get in line which made no sense because there wasn’t a line just a man that let me go into the kiosk nor did I feel like it was necessary when all I needed was formula that was right there in the front. Once I got back to the car empty handed, my husband then tried to go get the formula himself, which he then overheard her talking loudly in front of all the customers about the incident that happened between her and I while he was waiting in line. He also got very upset exchange some words with the supervisor that was right there with her and we had to take our business elsewhere because they still didnt give him the formula, meanwhile my daughter was crying. Such a frustrating situation.

  This was the cleanest department I’ve ever seen. I will definitely be shopping here from here on out..
