This location is an absolute disgrace to Kroger's. The customer service is horrendous, especially in the floral and bakery department. I made a cake order online last week, when I called today on my way to pick up the order, the very rude lady said they don't do orders at that location. They had 5 days to contact me and let me know my order could not be done. My job also called to make a balloon order & Julie in the flower department hung up on us. Trying to get them to do their job has been a nightmare.

Ditto.....status quo. Kroger is overpriced and the employees are lazy. A gorilla could walk through one of their stores yelling and the employees would ignore him!

I am beyond frustrated this is usually my go to store... after the experience I just had I will not be going back! I was simply trying to add money to cash app as I always do with no issue. This time the line was extremely long due to only self checkout being open. I had my barcode up ready to go as usual when I walked in as it's usually a 5 minute or less transaction. My barcode expired waiting in line but didn't say it until after I added money to the register which caused a glitch to happen. Knowing that I waited patiently for Cynthia who was over self checkout to help but she didn't know how to fix it so she called the manager Bob. He was clueless on the whole situation treated me like crap even though a younger male worker tried to explain the process to them both. He was knowledgeable but couldn't fix it. They went back and forth with someone over the phone saying all they can do is take my name and number for the morning like I should just leave without my $120... which is not a real solution or guarantee I would even get my money back. I told them I was not leaving without it being rectified as the camera's would show the whole situation I showed them the app to prove it didn't go through or even show pending. He tried to say the camera system was down I told him call someone higher up eventually he replayed the cameras even said he saw I put the money in the machine and still treated me as if I was trying to scam them or steal from them which I was not nor have I ever in the 6 years going to this same location. To say I'm truly disappointed in the night shift at this location is an understatement they should not offer a service they don't know how to use! Above all else someone that does not know how to use the register or computers should not be in charge of them!

In all of my years coming to this store never have I had such a poor encounter with staff and management until this evening. I am a regular customer at this Kroger and have been for a long time. Jeannie is one of my favorite people to see when I come to this Kroger. This evening June 14th 2024 8:44pm, is my last time I will enter this Kroger. The woman that generally runs the customer service desk was busy chatting and gossiping with another employee so I had to ask Cody how I go about doing a return on a food item that had spoiled in less than 48 hours. He directed me back to the gossiping employee. I let the gossiping employee know that the food had spoiled very quickly and I didn’t pay for it for it to just get thrown away. She complained how it was half eaten and told me she would be getting a manager. The manager didn’t have a name tag, came over and I explained to him what the issue was since I just had surgery and it’s difficult for me to get about it I would’ve returned it yesterday when it had spoiled after first opening it. I showed him my receipt, when I purchased it and that it had gone bad. He tried to correct me and say the employee told him I bought it twenty minutes ago which was false. He told me he would not return it and I even assured him I have the original payment method and still continued to say he would only exchange it. I let him know that I would not like to continue to purchase produce if this is how quickly it spoils and he told the woman who typically runs the customer service desk to go ahead and do a refund and she continued to complain how it was half eaten. And I continued to remind her I didn’t pay for food to spoil in less than 24-48 hours especially when it wasn’t discounted. She had the worst attitude and honestly I have had nothing but kind and awesome service at this Kroger until this evening. I will be taking my shopping elsewhere if this is what the service at my home Kroger has come to.

Nice grocery store. Prices aren't too bad but still shop 3 other stores.
I do find it weird when I asked about romano cheese, in any form, I was told that it is a specialty item.
Strange I thought.

It's in my neighborhood where I prefere to keep my business. Been going here since before it was Kroger. Friendly staff. Usually well stocked.

I wanted to thank the ladies in the bakery who helped me with my daughter’s graduation cake . I had no direction in which way I wanted it took look . She told me she got it and she did ,,,,it was beautiful and taste amazing . Thanks

I like this Kroger but everything is always incorrectly stocked on shelves. Whenever I get to the register it’s a mess because prices in the system don’t match what you see on the shelves. Happens a lot. The workers are very kind and helpful in my opinion

This store has the absolute worst bakery manager. Everything was in disarray. And then I go to get a cake decorated and the cake decorator is having to unload pallets and stock due to lack of help! Where is that poor girls back up? Who is in charge of scheduling ENOUGH WORKERS?

The produce and fruit is not the best, Check the dates on things, there were a lot of things expiring soon. The cashier was very nice.

Teri went above & beyond fulfilling my curbside order today!!! I truly appreciate her help and kindness...she saved the day!!!
