I use this kroger since I'm close to it. Kroger on Bowen was the store I was going to for years. I started going to this kroger and I'm very disappointed. Nothing is ever clean, and the shelves are messy. The employees don't care about their job. The gas station is a mess. No ice for months, the squeegees are bad and barely work. The management here needs to step up or get fired. This store is an embarrassment to the company. I'd give 0 stars if I could. This store needs to look like Bowen.

This store is horrible, there is almost never a register open 8am or 8pm. If there is one open when you come in it may be closed when you get to the front with groceries. I stop here because it is closer to the house, when this happens I just abandon my cart of groceries and go to the Tom Thumb.

They let you ring up 16# bags of ice (because they don't have cashier's) then have you go to customer service to get a refund and pay an extra 43 cents for two 7# bags. WHY OFFER SOMETHING YOU DONT SELL? What a joke management. Have fun losing money on the extra credit card transaction and for wasting my time

Avoid this Kroger at all cost. It’s convenient because it’s near my neighborhood but the workers are absolutely rude and lazy. They’re always out of everything. There was an issue with them allowing me to use my coupons. Even the lady before me was having issues. The supervisor was not helpful. Indeed disrespectful and racist.

Don't go here if you need to buy more than an armful of groceries. It's self checkout only (at least every time i go), and they've recently updated the "theft control" tactics on the machine, making it freeze & call over the attendant even more than they used to.

Avoid this Kroger location as much as possible. They do not clean the produce containers. I've noticed that salad dressing here has expiration dates stamped with two different types of stamps. When you return expired items, they put them back on the shelf. The print on the left side of the dressing is correct, while the one on the right is not.

Worst Kroger I've ever been too! The workers just sit around and talk to each other by the self checkout, when I was walking out pushing my basket the basket locked up on me so fast it hit my leg so hard I started bleeding and the employees were just talking and laughing I had to tell them to unlock my basket, they didn't even care I was hurt!

The only good thing about this Kroger is how close it is. Produce will be moldy or rotten beyond date. One of the cart guys is incredibly rude. Not the best Kroger by any means.

I'm very happy that you had cashier check-out lanes available. That's a big plus for seniors, I understand that the young people can check themselves out. If I only have one to five items I can do the same. But when I have a full cart of groceries I do not want to self checkout.
Staff is friendly
