Great customer service ! I went to shop here for the first time and had questions about their deals and app. Liz and Mia explained how to use the app they were very nice and helpful. I will be back to shop here again. I’m glad to see that great customer service is not gone.

Lucero in the self check out help me with a 100% customer experience, my purchase was fast and easy with her, I love the dedication with her the all customer, so delightful, bravo and kudos for her. Awesome person.

Mia is the absolute worst supervisor I've ever encountered. She was extremely rude (I was polite) and dismissive, she rolled her eyes, gave attitude, and cussed under her breath at me when she didn't think I heard. I am speechless

The internet should say they close at 11:50 not 12 midnight. They close the doors @ 11:50 & close the registers which is false advertising. Doesn't matter that all you need is 1 item. All Kroger is not like this. Never ever experienced it in Irving.

Self checkout is the most infuriating system I have used in a long time. Honestly if I'm gonna be treated like I'm gonna steal I might as well go to whole foods. Even Walmart has gotten better in their self checkout lines. Honestly I would recommend anyone buying close to here to actually look at produce and meat prices at Hispanic stores which most of the times are very well priced. If you can go to Walmart even though they check your receipt at the exit it is better than the self checkout employee to approve 4 transaction in less than 5 minutes because it look suspicious.... honestly faulty system and I will not come again. Literally paying Walmart+ is the best deal anyone can get plus fuel discounts.

This Kroger, along with the Kroger by my house, are incredibly disgusting, not maintained, the people are rude and gross, the customer service sucks, there's trash all over the parking lot, and it smells disgusting. There's homeless people all over the place and I don't feel safe coming here at night or super early in the mornings before the sun comes up. Their products aren't good. Just not a great place to go. I would avoid this place like the plague.

NO front-end manager. According to three employees. One register is open. 15 people waiting in line. No employee gives a crap. On a Saturday morning. Customer Service is the last thing they care about.

How on earth do you have brand new self check out machines that still don't work worth anything? It goes ham on the "HELP IS ON THE WAY!" but the single person they have working the self check outs is running around like a chicken with their head cut off, helping everyone else who can't get the silly machines to work. Maybe add more cashiers, and people would steal things out of frustration with the stupid machines less, just a thought.

Depending on which location you go to they can be missing several items especially produce and they can be snotty. Suburban locations are better stocked and people are more helpful.
