The self checkout here is awful. It has accused me of stealing twice now, when I’ve reached into my purse for payment, the camera thinks I’ve put something in the purse. It’s gotten pretty ridiculous.

This review is because you allow Reliant Energy to solicit in your store.
After being harassed by the first sales person 3 times after being told politely I wasn't interested, I got nasty. The second sales person also tried to engage with me 3 times and my wife 1 time. I was not nice at all with this sales person. I told them off and they continued to press me and my wife. If the store manager or corporate reads this review these people that work for Reliant should be criminally trespassed from your store due to their behavior.
The cliché I won't be back to this store or location obviously carries no weight, but these Reliant guys that harassed me and my wife and kids really pissed me off.

Self checkout, a great idea. Grocery carts that automatically lock the wheels on the way out of the store because you used self checkout, a BAD IDEA. And so unexpected. Can't tell you how many times I've bruised my shins on their stupid carts when they unexpectedly lockup after I pay!!
Next time I'm calling the police and filing battery charges!!

The night manager Jimmy is very rude. Did not want to help me trying to spend a virtual card.
And said I have to have a visual card in order to use it, so you can't use stuff on your phone now. Jimmy, he is a terrible manager. And I can't.

I was in line to check out and I asked Ariana where the batteries were, she said aisle 10 and I told her I needed somebody to help me get them since the scooter was about to die. She was very rude and disrespectful and told me no. I have a serious heart condition and she just threw my stuff in the bags and didn’t help me put them in the cart. I will never return to this store ever again.

For a grocery store with a prime location. They give the worst customer service. Anytime I got to the meat department to get fresh cuts no matter who the individual there always has an attitude. Telling me he can’t cut a half pound of salmon because it will cost more….when I didn’t ask a price. I informed the manager he didn’t seem to care either. Get better staff

I LOVE This Kroger but I absolutely HATE getting hunted down by the people (reliant, bank employees) trying to get you to sign up for stuff... I came her to shop for groceries not switch banks or energy companies. I've turned around and walked out so many times because it's not worth the hassle and went to Windco...

The elderly gentleman at the second self checkout may need assistance. He wasn't able to understand that my digital coupons weren't working. He made sure to watch and make sure I wasn't stealing but wasn't able to see that I needed assistance. I've never experienced such laziness and unprofessionalism at any Kroger I've shopped in.
Please give him the help he desperately needs or get him to retire.
Edit: Ms Melanie and the younger gentleman at the other SCO were extremely helpful and assisted with getting my issue resolved. Ms Melanie for President!!

Very bad avocados I recently moved to this area I love avocados but it was my worst nightmare what I got I wasted my money and I can never go back don’t buy avocados here

Rude old lady was sassy af and said they closed the money center. I had just called not even 20 min before arriving where they told me they close at 8pm. I got there at 6:05 and she was soooo rude about it all telling me they closed.

I’m been shopping at this location for over 20 years. I was coming in to buy an item the employee had told me they were out of stock. I saw Paul as I was about to walk out and ask when would replenishment be in and he asked me which item I was needing he checked his phone saw that he had stock in the back got it for me. I greatly appreciated. GREAT JOB PAUL.

Absolutely scamming people with the prices, I just went to Walmart to get a bag of takis, right. At Walmart it's only $4.48 at Kroger it's $5.97. Absolutely taking people's money
