I’m wish I could give no stars. Very unhappy with my last visit! A grocery store should have checkers to check out their groceries! It’s not my job, nor do I want to check out my groceries! I understand some people like this option, but to make it the only option is not good customer service! I have stopped shopping at Walmart for this reason! I will not be going back to Kroger! I will go out of my way to not to go to Kroger! You don’t appreciate my business, I don’t need to shop at your store! Plus this store always has issues of having things I stocked, and it’s not kept very clean.

If a store is open until 1 am, Why would you be out of advertised sale items and not be able to produce more at 10 pm? That seems like the managers are not doing their job to ensure products are stocked and available for customers, especially sale item that draw people in. I left a cart with $100 of product in it because the items I was going to prepare for dinner were unavailable. I am sure I am not the only person who has done that. Shop here before 8 pm or don’t bother. Yall should just close at 8 or keep a meat person on until close. Just a thought.

I came here on valentines looking for some flowers and balloons and Evelyn was super kind and helpful. She also gave me good advice on how to take care of the flowers so that they live longer. Thank you Evelyn. The flower arrangements were all so beautiful it was hard to pick, but she helped tremendously.

Worst possible service I could have received at this store. The employees were completely incompetent and the managers were no exception. They can’t even run the store properly, had multiple items with the wrong price tag and just because they couldn’t do their job properly of putting the correct price tags, all they could tell me is that they couldn’t change the price. Instead of them coming back to answer my questions, I had to go myself to go look for them. Complete and utter disappointment

The male produce clerk with the glasses and the tattoos? Literally does significantly less than the bare minimum of what is expected from both a good employee and a good human being. The overweight lady with the heavy mascara and shoulder length grey hair? She looks suicidal and talks to customers like they owe her money.
The shelves? Always empty, and full of damaged products and dented cans. If you need help with anything the two employees I mentioned with begrudgingly figure out a way to get you away from them. Managers are nowhere to be found ever and I have shopped here for a year. Employees spend more time gossiping and talking to each other than doing their job. The place is an absolute mess and they let their inventory pile up in the backroom instead of putting it on the shelves.
Oh and they leave products on the ground (trip hazards everywhere for old people to get injured by) and expired items on the shelves in the refrigerated areas. I will be sending all of this evidence to corporate so everyone here can hopefully get fired. They can't even keep the grocery carts in the store. Repeat; they constantly run out of grocery carts and the employees are too busy dragging their feet to keep up.

The pharmacy staff is great. They check which is cheapest before I pay and put it on my fuel rewards. Also they will scan items you have so you don't have to checkout. You do it all at once when I get my prescription. The store is easy to find items I need.

First and foremost I live closer to the Kroger on 20 and Great southwest but had a horrible experience picking up groceries from that location. So, today I picked up a grocery order at the Creekside location and I had to return the apples and celery hearts. The apples were smushy and in bad shape. The celery sticks had a use by (1/20/25) sticker today is the 25th and they were not crispy. Even though I didn’t have any issues exchanging the products it was a hassle having to go back twice. The people fulfilling the orders should be more careful and if the store doesn’t have the personnel equipped to fulfill orders then don’t offer the service plain and simple.

Oh boy THIS Kroger is truly a marvel. Where should I even begin?
1. They constantly run out of carts
2. They NEVER keep even main brands stocked
3. The employees are grotesquely unhelpful and lazy.
4. The selection of the store is limited, as it is a small(ish) kroger.
The people in the meat department are GOOD PEOPLE. So I want to give them a shoutout. But the people in self-checkout??? BRYAN is the only competent and friendly employee up front. Everyone else ate A LOT of paint chips growing up. Expect expired items on the shelf, some of which is well over a year old, damaged goods everywhere, and stuff that is out of place on the shelf and/or non-existent.

Being a neighborhood shop, we often visit this place for our supplies. It's incredibly convenient for us, especially since it's just across the street.
