I needed a quote so I went there and their internet was down. They took my info and said they’d send it to me. Never did. I’ve called them several times, no one ever answers. Waste of time.

They are under new management with perfect customer services. Strongly recommend to visit this shop. They do very quickly my requests to fix my car and show me the best way to inspection at the inspection’s state shop.

The workers there are professionals at what they do. The process on getting my car fixed through them was simple and easy to deal with. Even after the side of my car got wrecked, it looks brand new again because of them.

I recently took my car to this shop for rear bumper and trunk repairs, and was disappointed with the results. Not only did they charge me an exorbitant amount of money (over $5000), but the quality of their work was only average at best. To make matters worse, their prices were 40% higher than the authorized dealer.If you're looking for reliable and affordable car repair services, I would suggest looking elsewhere. There are many other shops in the area that offer better rates and higher quality work. Save yourself the time and money, and don't make the same mistake that I did by agreeing to their initial quote without doing your research first.Service: Body & Trim

Hands down the best body shop I’ve ever been to. These guys did an amazing job repairing the extensive damage to my truck. I went to this Body Shop once my insurance company gave me my estimate from a accident I was in and Phil was absolutely great to me…he knew exactly what he was doin and was very fast and professional. He had my car done in a week and it looked brand new…u could not even tell I was in a accident…he kept me Informed and updated with the process and he also threw in a few extra percs that he did not have to do…this was definitely da best service I have received when it comes to car repairs so I definitely recommend this shop to anybody who needs car work done…u will definitely be in good hands with Phil and I will definitely be goin here from now until I move…Thanks again Phil for everything I’m very great full!! ??

It’s my first time at Chu Lam’s. He’s a pretty nice man, and he does good work. Dedicated and likes to take his time, so be patient with the man. But, he’s awesome.
