I recently went to pick up an online order and noticed an opportunity for improvement in their pickup and return process. While I appreciate the efforts of the staff, I waited in line for about fifteen minutes as both cashiers were handling returns. To enhance efficiency and organization, it might be beneficial for them to designate a specific area solely for returns. This way, the main counter could be used for purchases on one register and online pickups on the other. Implementing this change could help streamline the experience for customers.

I went to shop at this location on 5/8/25 to get clothes for my first job. Besides this place being clean, welcoming, and full of such pretty clothes the staff themselves were very friendly! In particular a staff member named V (I'm sorry, I never asked for the correct spelling of the name, though it did sound like this letter of the alphabet) was very helpful in getting me situated. She helped make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. She was even willing to personally check me out for proper fits as needed. Absolutely fantastic person and location!

Went to the Arlington Heights location to purchase a couple of items. Was disappointed with not being acknowledged by any of the staff . The store had less than a handful of customers for a Saturday afternoon, so I thought I should be able to get some help but was ignored, so I put down my items and left. Right next store was Torrid walked in to immediately being greeted with a welcoming hello and said if need any help let them know which I did and was able to find what I needed and purchased more than what I needed. So ladies, Torrid in Arlington Heights was great .

I had the best experience with Ms. Yolanda. She was the sweetest and quick to help me. I told her what I was looking for, and she was always quick to find everything I needed. I was oddly disappointed with a lady who was working. She had a braid and a blue shirt on. She was rude. I’m glad they have people like Yolanda to give the best customer service.

Had such a great experience here! Annissa was such a pleasure! She was welcoming from the moment I walked in and was so patient with me. She checked on me throughout the whole visit. Everyone was really nice! Will definitely visit again!
