It is Christmas Eve, and I needed my cloths to be washed same day. I went to O Laundry just before noontime and she had my clothes ready by 1:45pm. My Christmas was Merry and Blessed by her actions and professionalism. Thank you!

This is one of the nicest laundromats I have seen in a while. The floors are clean, free drying, good pricing and plenty of seating. If I lived in Arlington again, this would be my go to. The attendant Babonnie was very helpful as well. Thanks

If you want to do laundry this is the place but don't go in the morning because all you'll see is thus girl on the phone. She doesn't greet you or acknowledge you. But go in the evening when Angel is working 💪 because that place is spotless and she definitely loves her customers ❤️.
I sure would like a job where I could get paid and be on my phone

Only five stars because Angel, the night lady is so amazing. She's friendly, kind and very helpful. She's always so busy keeping the place clean and making sure everyone is attended to. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about a few of the day shift ladies. Came into wash and one was just sitting down talking to another lady and didn't even clean until the owner popped in. Then, she left the trash on the floor in two different spots. She never said anything to us when we came in. Not the best customer service.

My clothes always smell so good. And are folded perfectly. I drop them off and pick up with great costumer service. I won’t go anywhere else.

Angel is great. Always keeps the place clean. BUT the owner had no priority for a customer in store needing assistance with a card issue. I was told to call back in 10min for assistance which I did and was told to give him more time. Not the first time he has made us wait for a solution for assistance. We showed up Previously and no one was inside. We called to see if they werr going to be open and were told someone would be there in 30mins (it was 9am)so we waited. After 30min no one had arrived so we called to see and were told no one was coming till 12p. Now that's not an issue but tell us that don't keep us waiting while u look for someone to open. Not a good way to keep a loyal customer.

R.I.P. O Laundry was destroyed in a fire last year... Yesterday I saw that the building had been cleaned out and made ready for rebuilding

I was just visiting for a few days and do not normally use a laundry service but our Airbnb had no way to do laundry. So I tried O Laundry @ Sanford. The staff members were pleasant, helpful, and had my laundry done same day even though I asked and paid for next day service. Everything was cleaned, folded and wrapped. I was very impressed.
