Horrible experience, spoke way too fast, took my money (definitely overcharged me), was late to the follow up appt, and haven't gotten back to me about my paperwork. Should have stayed with TurboTax.

They took my tax paperwork and they still have not filed them , they also refuse to pick up phone Amy is the girl and said she would call me back 6 months ago and I had to call IRS FOR TAX 14157 form tax misconduct form being filled out today and the the other lady is Diane
