They steal your money for the poor service their tellers give. Went thru the drive thru and they say they "gave " me extra money. No proof just we seen the teller on camera put it in your envelope. There is more to the story, bottom line they accuse the customer and not able to prove anything the take your money and cause you to go into overdraft so they can report you so you can't open other bank accounts. Smh poor service and poor follow thru.

Terrible customer service! This bank is very technologically challenged. They have horrible system issues. They just got an online bank system that does not work efficiently. Still have to go to the branch for certain things. I was denied an auto loan due to me not ever having an auto at the amount I was requesting. Income is high and credit is excellent but they just didn't want to take the risk was their reason for denying. I'm closing all accounts and sticking with Navy Federal Credit Union.

I have been a member for several years and I have consistently received good service. I have noticed that the newer faces are not near as friendly and personable as they have been over the years. I want to suggest you consider looking in on this before we lose the main reason most of us remain and that is the relationships we have built with the tremendous employees who have worked there over the years. Please work to not lose that membership feeling we have come to rely in with LOCU.

Great bank with horrible system issues/updates that happen almost every weekend. I can't transfer money from my savings to checking account. This has happened several times and has caused me major inconveniences. I'm currently stuck at the oil change place waiting on my wife to bring her card because I can't transfer my money from one account to another. I'm on the verge of closing all accounts and finding another credit union. This makes absolutely no sense at all. Please fix your systems.

I went there today to open a new checking and savings accounts and the lady there (forgot her name) went above and beyond to help me. She was very courteous, friend and proffessional! She made me feel at home. She took all her time to explain to me every step. Very happy member.

This is the best Credit Union In Arlington and Dallas. My daughter and grand daughter have become members as well, and we all love our LibertyOne Credit Union. Over 20 years of service and don't plan to change. Keeps getting Better.
