Always on point always clean always affordable always helpful I've stayed with them from Dallas to Austin and back to Dallas again . I can't trust no one with my belongings ONLY EXTRA SPACE STORAGE , You belongings should be in the hands of the best Extra space got you

The initial excitement kind of rolls away after the true rates start being pounded on you. I loved when it was life storage, I had the same rate I signed for and never had to worry about unexpected increases. You miss a monthly payment your stuff is up for notice of lien/ auction quicker than you can get caught up on a missed payment. Those wonderful additional fees are added to make it even more challenging to get caught up from one month. I am praying there is not another increase this year to help get you further behind. Mine has increased twice this year, first in January then in May which makes it even more challenging to switch storage facilities due to current obligations. I'm stuck 😔 Life Storage me again, they kept with the terms you signed and didn't slap you with constant increases.

In an emergency they were always there for me I appreciate it the good price that they gave me and how they even help me accommodate the extra time that I needed to relocate into this area and I would recommend them anytime even in the customer service is specifically they are always eager to help you even get in and out of the storage safely and secure which to somebody that means a whole lot
