I made the reservation on line, paid for my unit and once at the location I was basically treated as a liar. I showed my contract and receipt and even then I was told I would have to start from scratch. Had to pay a second time for my same Unit. They treated me like I was making it all up even with proof of contract and payment.

Good facility. Nice clean spaces. 24 hour access if you pay extra. Easy to reach help when needed. Office friendly. Went In yesterday for help with my lock, I think her name was maybe shery or sheryl… but I could be wrong. However, she was kind and came right over and met me at my unit and unlocked it right away!
