It is really annoying for them to ship orders later than promised. I pay ALOT of money for bi-weekly shipping, and I buy TONS of books, and I at least should be able to have my books shipped when they say they will be. MCS says that preorder books ship on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, but they always ship mine on Thursdays and fridays which means I get my books LATER despite me paying so much extra money and shipping. It’s really annoying, and why I stopped shopping with them initially. I NEVER had these issues with Midtown Comics. EVERYTHING was always shipped from Monday- Or Wednesday at the LATEST, and I was able to get my books delivered by the weekend. MCS never gets my stuff right despite me spending thousands of dollars on piggy back orders. Really tired of this, and if it doesn’t change, I’m going to go back to Midtown.

Ordered and got my comics my local shop didn't have them and got them 2 days later had to go to work right when they got to me get out early still got paid comicbooks make the world spin just right

Ordered 2 books for Christmas and had them shipped to a friend's po box in Sumas, Washington as I live in British Columbia. Comics were well packaged and arrived in the condition they were advertised as. Would consider ordering again from them.

I bought an older, trade paperback comic online from here. Zero complaints for the price and correspondence. The book shipped quickly and in *perfect* condition because they packed the book VERY securely and thoughtfully. If I buy comics online again, I will look definitely look here first. Other places don’t take the trouble to ship books as carefully as Lone Star did. I’m really grateful and I look forward to purchasing from here again.

Beware, they tried to make me pay big bucks for a restored book and a book with a recreated cover. They tried to sell them as unrestored and original. Never again!

Simply the best online comic seller in the world. I've been buying from them almost on a weekly basis for the past 15 years and can count on one hand the number of comics that have arrived incorrectly graded. If anything, they're likely to be be under-graded - most of their 6.0 comics are virtually VF or better. If I could, I would buy ALL of my back issues and variants from MCS. The prices are also extremely fair as well, except for some consignment items which are out of their control. And their bulletproof packing system can't be beat - I've NEVER received a damaged comic from them.

I am a first time seller, and was really impressed with how easy it was to work with these guys. They paid shipping costs (on a box that weighed almost 50 pounds); I received payment immediately; and, most importantly, I got much more than I expected to before I visited their website, where you can find out exactly what they’re interested in buying and can check the market value of what you may be interested in selling. They give you very specific instructions for listing what you have for sale, and once they review your list, they tell you exactly what you need to do. It’s quick and simple; Justin walked me through the entire process. They can take a while getting back to you after you send them your list, but be patient, it’s well worth the wait. If you have anything of any value that you’re considering selling, you should definitely check out their website.

Item description was incorrect. I caught it before they sent the items. Second order cancelled from them in the past two years. Used to be a regular purchaser from them, will not be buying from them again.

Great customer service. They accidently forgot a book for me, I emailed them and next day I got it shipped out to me no questions asked. 10/10. I was having a terrible time finding somewhere trustworthy and easy to shop with because I have no comic shops near me and I will always come back here from now on
