The WORST WORST WORST business let alone worst Lowes ever. Had always preferred Lowes over Home Depot. But if this is my closest option I will go to HD!!! Customer service should all be fired! Came in yesterday to make a return one lady was on the phone another lady was helping someone. After she finished she literally walked away from her register with myself and another guest at the register. Never acknowledged us or anything and BEGAN TO LEAN ON THE CABINET AJD DRINK HER ICED COFFEE!!!!!!!!!! Then finally came back to us and told me I couldn't return the item but later my husband went to the Lowes he made the purchase from and they said it can be returned. Even the website states it. Now today we have been calling for hours someone picks up and then just puts us on hold no greeting not a word just put on hold. After long wait times it finally just hangs up. Literally over 15 mins of hold time for multiple calls. The gentleman working in Bath/Kitchen fixtures (faucets showerheads) great nice and informative wish I knew his name. An older gentleman. The cashier at self checkout just leaning on the counter no help no greeting! Just seemed bored outta her mind! The is so because I am pissed and STILL ON HOLD!!!

Why would I ever trust my business to Lowe's again? I went in last week and tried to purchase the 12 foot animatronic scarecrow. I was told the floor model was the last one in DFW and that I couldn't pick it up until this weekend. I happily paid just shy of $500 with tax and warranty. I showed up today with receipt in hand to pick it up and even though I was told it wouldn't be available until today somehow a product I had already paid for had been sold to someone else and was no longer there. There are no more available anywhere apparently. I got the good old I'm really sorry but there is nothing we can do. So anyway, Maxine is the manager who sold my already purchased product out from under me. Definitely don't trust her with your business.

EXTREMELY rude paint department. Customer service manager Adrian was no help and didn't even offer an apology! They wanted to charge me extra for paint stir sticks that most give a way for free!!! I will NEVER be back and I hope nobody has to go thru what happened to me!

I can not say enough good things about this Lowes location and the excellent quality of customer service the employees provided me and my husband. Kevin and Destinee helped me with a problem I was having with the pit boss bbq I purchased. They went above and beyond!

The manager at this location needs to retrain every associate who gets the merchandise for customer pick up! It's suppose to be convenient and easy. It was NOT here! Online, I ordered 2 packs of lightbulbs and 2 cabinet pulls (an a couple other items). I got an email AND a call that one of the lightbulbs was out of stock. (Hmm, Welp the site showed plenty!) I proceed to the store for my pick up the next day. I get my order from the locker (which was easy) but go check on the light bulbs. Low an behold, they are there (just behind some others). Then, I had to go to customer service and find out where the cabinet pulls were since my order wasn't fulfilled correctly :/They were there too! The only thing that saved this visit was the friendly checkout ladies At the customer service desk. I will have to go back as the location is easily located to my business. Fingers crossed they get my future online order right or next time I'm going to management!

The customer service at the appliance section is great, I would like to recognize Mr. Wright & Felix for being so professional and helpful! With that being said, there was a specific employee and I'm so mad I didn't get her name or see her name tag, she's an African American woman in her early 50s, at the front in customer service with long braids (you know who you are).. RUDE AF! We went up to her to ask her a question about the store and when my husband approached her and said "excuse ma'am" she responded with "mmhm" and not once looked up! She was reading a manual or something on the counter! And acted too busy to even look up and acknowledge him standing there in front of her!! I don't know if she thinks her ishh don't stink or who she thinks she is. Very unprofessional and rude! She's lucky my husband isn't like me, if she would have done that to me, it would have been a whole different story!!! If you don't have customer service skills, don't work in customer service...POINT, BLANK, PERIOD!

I wish I had checked Facebook and other review sites before we tried to buy a new clothes washer and dryer set from Lowe's. This company is *totally* FUBAR!! Unfortunately, we ordered a new clothes washer and dryer set from the Lowe's in Keller, TX last Thursday. The Friday evening before our washer/dryer were supposed to be delivered, I received a phone call from a computer telling me our items would be delivered between 4 pm and 8 pm on Saturday. At 8:26 am Saturday morning, I got a call from the Lowe's (third party) delivery team saying they were, "on their way to our house." When they arrived, I was told that they had the dryer, but not the washer. Side note: our old clothes washer is inoperative. Our old dryer works perfectly: we just wanted a matching set. After wasting nearly an entire day trying to get our new clothes washer delivered, I finally gave up and told the Southlake, TX store manager to cancel my entire order. She was apathetic, and actually seemed happy to cancel our $1372 order, rather than try to fix the problem. Especially, it seemed, since she had "done everything she could possibly do." With one phone call, she could have had our new washer delivered in less than 2 hours from a nearby store (which I identified with 3 phone calls). Instead, all she wanted to do was lecture me about computer glitches, company policy, and their "third party" delivery company. In other words, CYA! At which she is very good! After more than five years, it might be time for the Lowe's board to consider a new CEO. Clearly, Marvin Ellison either doesn't care or isn't paying attention. Home Depot will be delivering and installing the same brand/model/price washer and dryer set within the next few days. I will never again step foot in a Lowe's store.

I am at Lowe's a minimum of 2 days a week every week. However last week I have never left so upset. I was in the Millwork Dept looking for a closet door & Felix was paged 3 times over the speaker to help but never came. I waited for 45 minutes & I could not find anyone to help me get the size door I needed from the 2nd story shelf. I gave up as I couldn't find a single Lowe's employee anywhere which seems to be the norm at Lowe's. I walked towards the Bath dept & see Felix chitchatting with coworkers. So frustrated I drop everything & walk out & head to a different home imp store.

we order supplies to do a fence. charged 80 delivery fee. was to get it 2.16 still now supplies. now had to return 500 of my profits to not loose customer. i want my supplies, doscount, and 80 back for messing with my my livelyhood

I went to Lowe's this evening and was very disgusted for several reasons. They use to ccarrya number of brands in light bulbs and ceilin fans. Now they only carry GE bulbs all made in China and Harbor Breeze ceilin fans also made in China. I needed both, but refuse to buy anything and everythin made in China. I went on to find other items. Found drop cloth made in USA, spackle made in USA and trash bags made in USA. The other items I needed were all China made and stayed on the shelf. I proceeded to check out only to find self check open while other employee were just standing around. I asked if there were any cashiers, I was told to go to garden center or lumber. I went to garden center and they were closed, on the way back I told the young girl at self check garde center is close, she shrugged and said oh well. I went to lumber paid and walked back to the exit and found the same young lady had opene a register for othe customer. From the looks of it I was not WHITE enough for her to open the register. This is the 3rd time this has happene at this Lowe's, 1 time it was by a manager. No point in complaining to management. After spending so much $$ annually at Lowe's I am now giving my business to the other guys. Lowe's doesn't care about customer service and they don't care about providing their customers with quality products. In my opinion they are RACIST....If your skin has the slightest tan or color you're nobody.

Worst Lowe's ever!!! I've been in here in flooring, and window treatments and all I get is I'm going too call someone. I guess I'll be found somewhere else probably Home Depot this is ridiculous. Don't think I'll ever come too this Lowe's again

Went in Saturday morning to return a garbage disposal that I bought for my daughter doing her house construction the builder provided the garbage disposal went to take it back it was the worst service that I have ever experienced I think it might've motivated by Angie who works at the service counter she had four other people standing behind her they were not doing anything and it frustrated her so she had an attitude when she waited on me and I will never return to Lowe's again
