Great sale on mulch, so we stocked up. Very friendly staff and lots of choices of plants and flowers, although more expensive than other places.
Our only complaint was that there weren't any flat carts to put it on. And looking around, very few people had one. Where are all the flat carts? They certainly weren't in the garden section. That could definitely be improved

Bought 3 ceiling fans at Lowes in Arlington TX yesterday & got their 12 month special financing valid 4/3/2925 - 4/16/2025. I had to return 1 because it would require an extension pole & the one I purchased was flush mount. At the returns desk they wouldn't allow me to swap it out for something else & I would pay the difference in cash. I was told they couldn't do that because of the promotion. I happened to have the other two fans in the car, brought those all in & had them refund them back to their promotion. I had a few other things that were on that promotion that I intend to keep but wasn't allowed to pay it off today. I have to wait for the statement & then pay of the $30.00. At least they didn't charge me a restocking fee. Off to Home Depot!

I am giving this Lowe’s a one star. I had a terrible experience when I went there to purchase new window blinds. No one was willing to help me. The employees seemed to have attitudes and appeared annoyed. I came in with my blinds from my house. I needed help measuring the blinds so that i would know what size to purchase. A black male employee came up to me and I asked him if he could help me. He asked me what did I need assistance with. I told him I needed help with picking the correct size blinds. He stood there and looked at the blinds and said that he would find someone to help me and have them meet me in the aisle. I stood there for literally 15 minutes waiting for someone to come help me. The man disappeared and I saw him walking in the parking lot laughing with one of his friends. I never got any help. I decided to try to figure it out on my own. I ended up purchasing the wrong size of course. I decided to return them and just buy new ones at Home Depot. I will not be shopping there again. I’ll just go to Home Depot from now on.

Terrible customer service! I went to this location for paint. I waited at the counter for 5-10 minutes and nobody came to the counter. I went to the cashier to request assistance and they called someone. Once I returned someone else was at the counter. The Lowe's employee walked up and went straight to the person that came in after me. They did not ask who requested help. I walked out and went somewhere else for my paint.
They sent me an automated reply instead of a person actually contacting me! Just another example of poor customer service!!

The parking lot needs to be re-evaluated. Between the numerous handicap, first responders, cart returns, and online shopping parking spots, there's hardly any parking for the majority of your customers. If your sales are low it's because you can't park anywhere near the store without walking past never ending vacant parking spots designated for people that apparently aren't doing any home improvements. Ok, rant over! Headed to Home Depot where I don't have to run a marathon to get into the store. ✌🏻

The worst experience shopping at any Lowe’s. I’m a pro card holder for two of my business and we love the Mansfield store. Went to this one and the worst service. So many people work here yet not a single one was able to help. I kept getting sent in circles and no of the supervisors communicate with one another. Worst experience ever.

Tried to return a product that I purchased from Lowe’s a while back and didn’t have a receipt and I couldn’t remember what card or if I used cash… they were of no help whatsoever, couldn’t even give me store credit. This is why I shop at Home Depot

Stupid manager, can't find anyone in the store who can help find an electric generator. No one at the store has any idea. He called raol on the speaker about 4 times, and he never answered. Finally, another employee said he's right there.
But finally, after they refused to help me find the right generator,
they refused to sell me the one on the shelf.

They are thieves, they grabbed a refrigerator, according to what I had a zero interest discount if I finished paying it in like 18 months so as not to make it so long to finish it and pay it on time and they always added all the interest and the normal value of the refrigerator like I am still paying 1800 dollars more and they charge me 32 dollars apart from interest per month, stay away from these stores, they are thieves

I do not want to leave any stars but you cannot leave a review if you do not so 1 star!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced at this store, and also their corporate customer service. My husband and I had to wait 30 minutes to actually get help in purchasing a dishwasher due to the store was having an internal meeting. We were not even acknowledged with an apology. We were told incorrect information as to when we would receive our dishwasher. Fast forward 3 weeks later and multiple complaints and phone calls to the store we are waiting for the install today. But wait .. it does not end there!! We were texted and called by the installer with 4 different install times. When calling to ask about what time it would be installed (hit the text at 6:14 am) we were informed the texts that go out are wrong and “confuse” the customer but they know that and there’s nothing they can do.
DO MOT SHOP AT LOWES. They do not care about your time, patience, or work loss in awaiting for a delivery that changes.
And the worst is that they all know it’s bad service but no one bothers to change it. So frustrated with this company. Take your business, sanity, and time to a company that actually cares and is thankful for your business. Shopping local and small business from this day forward.

They don't sell you the daily deals maybe for some stupid reason, well on the internet it says one price and they don't want you to take advantage of the offer, I'm talking about the Skil 12volt combo 5 tools in the store it says 149 dlls but in the lowes app it says 79.00 dlls
