This store could have a lot of potential given it's location, but I don't if it's a management problem or a sign of the time but there is never anybody working here, you literally have go and find someone to help you. My wife and went there last to return some on line orders and the was clean for a change, but there were plenty of empty shelves and no one to be found. We witness people stealing in cosmetics, my old retail sprit told me to approach them but my overruled it. Many years ago I worked for Sanger Harris and I am just guessing all the merchandising rules have changed? I had to go to online shopping because of the lack of choices. I won't even touch what I think of their so called Backstage.. other than whose idea was this?

The Christmas gift I brought for my granddaughter needed to be exchange only, to a bigger size. Well my son took my granddaughter to exchange her beautiful coat and they did not have the size up she needed. They told my son he could only get a store credit, they could not give him money back he even had the receipt. My granddaughter today still has no coat now. I found the exact same coat at Dillards but I could not afford to buy another. It feels like a bad system to shop at Macy's. Store: Arlington, Texas

I purchased a mattress from this Macy's location this past weekend. We love their Hotel Collection line and I was going to order online but decided I'd go to the store to make sure I ordered the right box spring and frame. The sales associate was extremely knowledge and super friendly. This was the best shopping experience I've had in a long time! I'm so glad I went to the store, I was hesitant to shop there after seeing the lower rating. Super happy!!!

So my sons is 14 his phone died and we couldn't find each other. He asked the cashier at the polo checkpoint outright refused to help him. He only needed a phone to call and find me. Such a shame I don't recommend this place at all.

This place will help you understand why people prefer to shop online. I've seen warehouses, more organized than the Macy's in Parks Arlington. The way the suits were wedged into the racks reminded me more of an outlet mall. This is not the same place they used to advertise during the holidays. Oh and they have more security than employees today! I tried on several jackets and was never asked if I needed and any help but the creepy presence of voyagers was certainly made know as I was leaving. While exiting the department, going down the escalator, I hear man say nice shoes...I turn around and it's a young man who worked their (ironically) wearing a suit. I replied thank you and then asked him where did he buy his suit? He said to me "oh this is Louis Vuttion I got it from here and had it custom made but trust me you don't want to get it from here" and walks off abruptly. This was my experience being in the Macy's department and it will be my last for a time to come.

One of my favorite stores, and this location has been in decline for a while. Not a great selection, below average service, and the mighty Macy's has struck out.

Macy’s drop the ball big time. I’ve received several shipments of towels that I never ordered. I have now been at the store for the last 2 hours trying to return these and have been told multiple times that they can’t give a refund because the purchase was over 90 days old. That’s weird because I just this morning received another shipment of 10-12 towels. I have been bounced all over the store to different customer service desks with without any resolve. My Macy’s account since 1989 has been closed. I will not be returning to do business here.
