Had some complications with a warranty claim and the staff there took care of the situation. So far the best experience I have ever had dealing with a Best Buy staff. Great job team! Look forward doing to doing business with this store in the future. And to add, the GM at that store is hands down one of the best managers I’ve ever had to deal with in retail. Keep up the great work!!

I have a laptop that I took into geek squad with the a slow loading issue. They informed I needed to buy the warranty geek squad plan and a hard drive that it would resolve my issue. I did as they said paid. When I got it back they did not put the antivirus back in or reload Microsoft office back on. They fixed that I took it home to find out my 3d graphics card did not work. Brought it back in they kept it for several days told me it was closed I could come get it. Then when

If you buy something and have an issue with it make sure you understand that will not be dealing with Best Buy and will be limited to only products available to Magnolia. They are limited and more expensive so if you find a replacement that was warrantied you will be stuck with their products and higher pricing.
