This will be my last time visiting this location. Today I went in to pick up my pizza, and watched 2 employees go from handling phone orders, to going make pizza's, and wiping their hands on their clothes multiple times. Not once did they attempt to wash their hands or put on gloves. There were 2 other employees there, but they had on gloves when messing with food. I love Marcos and don't order it too often but I definitely won't be ordering online or from this location again.

I find it absolutely disgusting that employees are on their phone, touching the registers, the phone of the store, putting long hair into pony tail and THEN GOING STRAIGHT TO MAKE A PIZZA. In the store for 20-30 minutes and seen all this and not one time did any one wash their hands before handling the food.This need to be handled.

The pizza is really good, if they get the order right and do not reheat some pizza that’s already sitting there. Also, the more toppings the more soggy the pizza will be, they don’t adjust their cooking. And hopefully you won’t get a delivery person who smokes with your food in their car and makes everything you ordered smell disgusting!! And if you need a refund bc your order literally stinks, you’ll be on hold for 10-15 minutes!

I never had their food until the other day. I ordered a XL pizza and salad and only paid $23 so I was definitely happy about that. The food is good with a little extra spices. I'll eat it again.

I order my pizza to be cut in squares! They didn’t do it. ?… I was looking forward to that. Killed the mood honestly…..I also should have kept my cash tip if I knew that. I had $10 in my hand but something told me to cut down to $8. It really should’ve been $4.

Ordered 2 pizzas for takeout. Got to the store 15 minutes after the time they told me it would be ready and my order was never placed. Asking me if I was at the right store like I'm the one that messed up. Get it together!

We’ve tried really hard to be faithful to this place and have given them a ton of chances as well as communicating our displeasure to the manager each time. They are consistently late with delivery (hours), half the time the order is wrong so you have to wait even longer. When discussed with the manager apologies and excuses were made but no discount, no free pizza, no olive branch for sticking with them while they figure it out.The final straw was when we ordered pizza for our kids and a babysitter only to have it delivered an 1-1/2 late. We’ll be ordering from Dominos from now on.

Beware of advanced orders. We order pizza every Friday night from Blaze Pizza. Got an ad with coopons for Marco's so thought we would try them out. Well this was my first and last experience with Marco's. Placed an advanced order for pickup at 5:50 at the 3980 Collins location b/c I had some other errands to run. I arrived earlier than expected...around 5:35. Was told there was no order in the system. I mentioned that I am a bit early. Still nothing in the system. Was told it must be with another location. I never got a confirmation email so now I am doubting myself. Called the Matlock location. No order. I get back home and find the order on my screen for the 3980 Collins location. Called and was told it didn't show up because it was not 5:50 yet. No apology. I get back to the 3980 Collins location. Was given my pizza and wings again with no apology simply 'your order was in the timed queue'.

I like a thin crust pizza. Marco’s does a great job. Not too much sauce and love the square cut. Was still very warm when was delivered.

The pizza has been consistently good, but the service is so bad. With the last order, I ordered on the app and stopped by to pick up the pizza. It was ready and sitting on the shelf the entire time I waited (25 mins). This location would do well with some leadership and not just a mediocre manager. Tiff was absolutely horrible with the customer service experience she provided (yes Tiff, everybody was well aware you did not want to be at work). With the right team working here, this place could be a cash machine!

I've always found it preferable when ordering a Caesar Salad to receive Caesar Salad dressing with my Caesar Salad and not three packets of Ranch dressing. But apparently at Marco's Arlington, Texas location we're too busy playing grab a$$ in the restaurant and checking our cell phones all day while suggesting $15 an hour is an appropriate wage for screwing up simple freaking orders. Do better people - it's not rocket science. Ridiculous to make such a dumb mistake on such a simple order.

Ordered pizza yesterday for lunch and it arrived super fast with everything intact. Driver was friendly and will prolly eat left overs for dinner tonight, thank you for making yummy food that others want to eat!
