This location doesn’t care about customer service. They don’t answer their phones. They stand around and chit chat instead of helping customers. They gave my food away to someone else and left me waiting in the parking lot for over 15 minutes. This location has always been unreliable and do not care for accountability or accuracy whether it’s through the drive thru, in store or through door dash.

We came to the McDonalds overnight at 3:30 am not only did they take long to give us our food they were extremely rude they told us to quit all the laughing and hurry up and order our food there was nobody in line behind or in front and we literally waited an extra 50 minutes before our food came

Do not ever eat at this McDonald’s. Their service is horrible and they are very slow. I ordered through the mobile to app to go pick it up and they said they never received my order even though I ordered it online and already paid. It took them 30 minutes just to get me my food and the workers are very rude. I will not be returning.

"Cash only" when they don't wanna deal with customers. Refused to take my order early in the morning. Lazy staff butt it's clear to see why.

The lobby is open a bit later than other locations which is a huge plus. I would just suggest for drinks to be double checked for delivery orders. Customers have complained to me they were missing something.

The employees are horrible. Lazy. They always state the ice cream machine is down. Always. I did a mobile order one time and they told me the ice cream machine is not working and they never gave me a refund. Even the mobile app support said I should have gotten refunded at the location.

I placed an order in the App for dine in. I wanted to have an enjoyable family breakfast experience today. It took me about 15 minutes to reach McDonald’s from my home. I entered the Table number on the App. Nobody brought the food to our table. Finally, I walked up to the counter and showed my digital receipt then the manager said your food was prepared the moment you placed the order and they are in a brown bag. She handed me the bag. I told her we had opted to dine in then she spread the food on the tray. But food was cold. Also she needed some business communication training. Very rude style of communication.
