Customer service is horrible the employee didn't even acknowledge me when I walk in the building look up at me and proceed to keep looking at the computer screen.

I usually go there for oil change, this time I had to go and change motor mount and transmission mount. Customer service was good also the prices in comparison with other places is much better for the service they provide.

I live more than 30m away and still make the drive to get my vehicles serviced here. I had already gotten a quote nearby and yet when I took the trip to Craig and the rest of the staff here, their quote was almost 75% less! Good people and honest. Thank you and I will be back.

My husband and I brought my vehicle to this location for an oil change and to run codes for a check engine light that was on. The vehicle was brought in Saturday morning around 8:15 am. We went about our day because the gentleman at the front desk said it would be a couple of hours. At 5pm we attempted to call Meineke to figure out what was taking so long and to our surprise the location was closed. The website said Meineke closes at 6pm. The answering service said they actually close at 4pm. He offered to call the Arlington location in an attempt to reach someone but he did not get an answer either. My husband then ask to leave a complaint because it does not 9 hours to change the oil and to put the vehicle on the machine to see what codes are triggering the check engine light. In addition, NO ONE from Meineke even attempted to call us to inform us of the delay. Furthermore, Meineke doesn't open until 8am Monday which meant I was left the rest of the weekend and Monday without my vehicle to go to work in. This is totally unacceptable and no attempt was made by Meineke to rectify the problem of their poor/lack of communication and the inconvenience of not having my vehicle for work Monday morning.
Monday morning, my husband called Meineke at 8am, 8:15 am, 8:30 am, 8:45 am with no answer from Meineke. This was very upsetting. So I called the other Meineke location in town and explained what happened. The store manager was very apologetic and offered to call the southern location for us to see if he could get through. However, he was not able to get in contact with the southern location either. He gave us further instruction to file a complaint. He mentioned that the Meineke are individual franchises and he was unable to help any further. So my husband decided to drive to the southern Meineke location in an attempt to speak with them and to ask them to not work on our vehicle when he FINALLY received a call back from the southern location. The gentleman apologized for the inconvenience but the explanation was not worth the inconvenience caused.
We ended up paying for the oil change and for the check engine light as they had already started the work. In my opinion for the HUGE inconvenience Meineke should have NOT CHARGED ANYTHING. This was our first time at Meineke and I must say, I will NOT be going back. This was the WORST experience I've ever had and the WORST customer service ever.
