The worst place you can buy a car/truck from, Charles is very disrespectful and cusses his customers out once he recieves his money, all they do is scam and lie to people. DONT BUY FROM HERE.
THEY SUCK.
MY TRUCK BROKE DOWN THE FIRST DAY I BOUGHT IT AND THEY SONT WANT TO HELP ME FIX IT , WHEN THEY SOLD IT TO ME WITH WATER DAMAGED THAT THEY DID NOT MENTION TO ME.

Recently bought a truck from them and it came with a governor on it so the truck won’t go over 75. Not that we need to, but it’s the principal bc it will cost $400 to remove. Also the tailgate handle is broken. Once I called to ask about that they were very short and unwilling to help, then stop responding. Wish I read these reviews before dealing with these slimy car salesman.
New update: the truck has been at the Ford dealership for over a week now bc while fixing the speed issue, they thoroughly checked the truck and found two urgent engine repairs. The bill is over $2100. I’ve emailed Richard and received no response. We plan on filing a complaint with the Texas Dept. of Motor Vehicles. I’ve never dealt with such dishonest and unethical people before.

I call up there asking about transit or sprinter vans.
The man was very rude when I told him I talked to his boss about business previous He had to interrupt what I'm saying to tell me that he is paid contract labor he does not have a boss. He is a contractor then asking him about certain things.
About the Van, he starts telling me stuff very rudely. After that, when I started speaking, he just hang up the phone. The guy was a real jerk. I do not recommend any kind of business with this place. If these are the type of people they employ, I'm sorry, contract

Lack of professionalism, very shady, save yourself the time and stress. Unfortunately had one of the worst experiences with this dealership. Please don’t make the mistake we did and not do your research on your sellers beforehand. Zero communication and no accountability whatsoever. When there is a situation needing to be addressed, they will give you the runaround and it’s very convenient that everyone you previously worked with, is “not there today” I’ve never experienced grown adults, grown men, lying so blatantly about things that can easily be resolved with communication. There are no customer service qualities within this company, they don’t understand long term business, quick and easy scam doesn’t require skill. That’s not a real business.

I had a great experience at Metro Auto Sales! The staff is super friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Richard Alaniz was especially helpful — he made the financing process smooth and easy to understand. Everyone I interacted with seemed honest and dependable, which really put my mind at ease. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a vehicle!

Do not buy a vehicle from these clowns! Price of truck i was looking at was $32,900 and they agreed to $7,000 for my trade in. drove 4 half hours there go to do the finance part they dropped trade price to $5,000 and up the price of truck to $35,000 something. DO NOT get scammed by these idiots

The 5 star reviews for this car lot are fake! this is worst car dealership i’ve ever dealt with. They have terrible customer service. The manager charles is a terrible person that lacks professionalism and common decency. If trying to contact him via phone he will hang up the phone in your face and refuse to take phone calls when he has no more lies to tell. They sold my husband a bad truck, lied about fixing it and are now refusing to fix it. Do not waste your time or money dealing with these shady liars. They take your money and say to hell with you. BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS! These people should not be selling cars . Please do your research and find another car lot. This place will absolutely screw you over

Changed the price without my acknowledgement. They did try to fix things on the truck, with other used parts, to make it better and right. They have had bad attitudes when you call and question things because all of it ain't adding up. The salesman that I had, Richard, is literally just a salesman, he seems to be in it just for himself. Over all, with how its been, I'd never do business here again and I'd never send anyone I knew up there, EVER! Ill redo this later if it changes, but I've given them ample opportunities to make it right, and it aint.
