Unfortunately, this team took advantage of my trust. The truck was very clean and presented well however, the second time I drove it the check engine light came on. Added to this were several items presenting such as the truck being limited for speed, reverse camera being non functional, and the entire radio/phone package being non functional. I advise a thorough inspection and testing of anything you purchase here before signing the dotted line...good luck!

Please trust your gut when dealing with these guys. The price they gave you seems too good to be true because it is. Before you buy, I implore you to ask for a copy of their inspection report (with photos). If you are buying site unseen (not recommended with these guys) don't send any money until you see videos of everything working. Don't expect a quick resolution or answer to any questions and definitely don't expect any sense of urgency. If you know a mechanic in the area, pay them to inspect the vehicle and get EVERYTHING you talk to them about in writing. Thank you for a laundry list and thousands of dollars of undisclosed issues, Mario. OH did I mention they didn't even send the title on time?! Almost forgot a pretty crucial step to actually owning the vehicle we purchased.

My company bought a truck from Metro and within 45 days of purchase, the diesel engine needed to be replaced. The estimate to replace the engine was $30K (we paid $26K when we bought it). Metro wouldn't make it right and repair the truck for us. Think twice before buying a vehicle from Metro Auto Sales.

I have bought more than 20 used trucks in the past nine years. This was the fastest and one of the most pleasant transactions I’ve done. I flew from Baton Rouge to buy a truck from them and so far so good. Richard delivered excellent service from start to finish.

I just cannot say enough good things about Richard Alaniz. I would give him six PLUS stars if I could! From the very first moment, throughout follow-up, on multiple details, Richard was professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.Go to Metro, and ask specifically for Richard Alaniz. You'll be glad you did! If Richard was a truck, I would say his outstanding features were "too many to list."I don't usually write reviews, good or bad, but Richard is exceptional. ~~Arthur Duren, I purchased a 2019 Silverado LD on June 2nd, 2023, and am extremely satisfied.

Bought my truck here March the 2nd of 2023 for $22,000 and change. I stand here a month and eight days later with my truck in the shop needing a $6700 engine replacement. Or alternatively a cheaper $6,000 dollar rebuild.Don't trust these cats.

Ask for Richard. He’s great at his job and seems to really care about making the process as easy as possible for you. I saw a truck online that fit everything I wanted, did a test drive, and bought it. I was at the dealership less than an hour. One thing to note, this dealership doesn’t haggle, so the price you see is the price you will pay. Again, ask for Richard. He’s chill and really knows what he’s doing

Bought a utility truck recently and when I picked it up it had 10 miles to empty. And the tools Bins were still full of junk from the previous owner. 2 days off the lot and it was in the shop.

I cannot recommend.I called about a listed truck and specifically asked if there were any ‘glaring issues’ as we live more than an hour away. We were told the truck was in great shape. When we arrived we found the truck had a check engine light and barely made it around the block. They offered to replace the spark plugs and we decided to test drive a similar truck. We purchased the second truck and wrote a check for the full amount. After getting back from vacation we had been contacted that the truck we took home was the wrong truck. We verified on the paperwork the VIN for the truck we purchased and planned to stop by and test drive the truck we technically already owned. The dealership agreed and had us come in— but then told us they had misplaced the truck and could not find it. They asked us to pay the difference so we could keep the truck we had originally taken home. This all happened after repeatedly telling the sales man that we needed to plan out the test drive since it was a significant inconvenience to drive back into Arlington. The only thing the dealership needed to do was fill out the paperwork and give us the keys to the correct truck. We wrote a check for the full price and considered it a done deal. They somehow messed that up. I am only posting this now after our full refund check has cleared. We are hoping that we don’t end up with a title for the truck we purchased showing up so that we do not have to do business with this company again.

This was a horrible and dishonest experience. I had the purchased vehicle shipped to me.No communication. I was never given updates if I did not call myself. Which was over about 1 1/2 weeks. They promised me mechanical clearance of the vehicle before shipping to me. I asked for documentation twice and they never sent it.When I received my vehicle off the truck. It immediately was telling me the exhaust filter was over loaded and needed service.I did not even make it 12 miles down the road. I had to have it towed to the shop. (this issue costs 4000-7500 dollars)Metro motors wanted ME to pay for shipping to send truck back to them to "fix it" but they did not have the part to fix it. after calling around Nor did any surrounding states have the part in stock and the wait was 8-10 weeks. but they lied to me about that as well. And then they wouldn't agree to pay for the work needed done which was thousands.I was told I would be called right back and never got a call back. other reviews have similar issues with them. I wish I would of read the reviews more before purchasing my vehicle through them.

One star only because it will not let me give negative stars. Flew in from OHIO to look at a 2012 ram 3500 that I was told has no issues, mechanically or otherwise. Drove it and it seemed fine at the time so I signed the paperwork and started my drive home. 600 miles into the trip the transmission acts up and gives me fits. Threw a p0731 code. Called Mario at the dealer and was told he can’t do anything about it as I drove it over 500 miles. I had to have it towed 6.5 hours from Jackson TN to Cincinnati OH. Avoid this dearer at all costs!!!!!!!
