Avoid this place they will scam you I watch the Indian guy that works there scamming people and charge more than they should ,He says they’re not allowed to sell phones without having to buy all accessories and if you don’t accept that they will find an excuse for them not to be able to activate an account for you they tried to scam me for over an hour. This people should be in jail.

A SHOUTOUT TO THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE WHO WAS TRUTHFUL ABOUT THE BEST DEAL THAT I COULD GET WHEN I NEEDED A PHONE IN AN EMERGENCY BECAUSE MY IPHONE BROKE SO I HAD TO GO WITH ANDROID... THIS WAS THE BEST DEAL THAT I'VE EVER GOTTEN IN MY LIFE AND I WAS GOING TO GO THE NEXT DAY FOR A SURVEY THAT I DID NOT GET TO ATTEND DUE TO A CAR ACCIDENT AND NO TRANSPORTATION! I'VE BEEN TO MANY METRO T-MOBILES AND JUST ONE BY FAR IS THE NUMBER ONE STORE TO GET A PHONE AND A PLAN! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE MANAGER! ???

Just wanted to say that I was having internal memory storage issues with my phone which took me to this store twice. However, I went there today and Fenny was working. She was amazing!! She was able to move so much onto an SD card I had already purchased and now I have plenty of internal memory storage. I'm so happy because I thought I was going to have to buy a new phone and didn't like that option. All's great now. THANK YOU FENNY!!!

Staff was nice but did not know anything about the phones. When we were told one price when the tag said another and their excuse was that they hadn't printed out the new tags for a week. The price went up a whole $100 I am not satisfied

Kali was rude. They need to learn customer service skills. They don't communicate well. One person gave me one price, so I come back with that amount, and the other girl Kali got an attitude and said that it was wrong and that I had to pay more money. This place is bogus. I don't mind paying, but they need to learn how to speak to people. Then I asked her to help me and she said someone else can help me. Well, then mind your own business and let me handle my own transaction. Just rude. Poor customer service.
