A little mishap on getting a new phone due to deciding cheaper phone, that they advised I shouldn't get and I didn't listen, went back they couldn't refund my money due to policies, but understood my situation and got me the new moto phone for a great deal 🤝

Dishonest pushing for upgrades. Google back up does not work for the important things and they told me when the new phone activated the number will re connect the email for the transfer. Truth is I must get my old phone repaired and turn this one off because nothing important transfers

Adnan at the counter was great. I explained my needs and asked ton of questions. Samir got involved and they told me what plans and offers they had that aligned with my requirements.
I had been brand shopping different carriers getting ready to make the change when my current plan expired in three weeks... Well their service and knowledge had me walking out of the store with two new phones, one ported, the other a second line.
It sounded too good to be true, but it worked out exactly like they said. Rates, insurance, cases, all for the price quoted.
I went back after the first month to pay my bill. Samir was busy and I didn't see Adnan, but Amanda's customer service was just as good, maybe even better. She asked if they had told me about the tablet offer. They had, but i wasnt really interested. She got one out and started explaining the offer.... Guess what I'm writing this review on? Yup, my new tablet... only 10 a month. There was a one time activation fee that they told me about up front, but it was very reasonable.
All the way around great product and great service.

We decided to switch from metro after being a loyal customer for over 12 years! It was time for a new phone after 3 years with the same phone. They have zero offers for existing customers. Not even willing to wave the activation fee. We were offered 50% off a phone case. We finally decided to switch to Cricket. Even with the new "metro flex" at $50 each line, Cricket is the better option with15g hot spot, HBO max, and an A54 for $250 total. That's for 2 phones and 2 lines at $90 (1st line is $60 the 2nd line is only $30) a month plus I got to keep my same number. Do yourself a favor, and go to the location by Fiesta & Pioneer parkway they are extremely helpful!

Scammed out of 85 and called and they said they will be helping me speak to corporate until I get my 85 back and that may even shut this specific location down for scamming another person because apparently it's a common thing at this location.

The young lady who I spoke to was informative, friendly and eager to help. The reason I gave it a low rating is because of its location. This is not an easy area to navigate if you wish to drive west back in to the heart of Arlington. You have to circumvent four traffic lights as you navigate an eastbound exit from the parking lot. Then traverse a left turn after sitting through two intersections of HWY 360 access road traffic followed by another left turn at a third intersection before finally being able to go west. The last intersection is a battle against southbound traffic merging on to Abrams ST to head west. These vehicles tend to not want to yield to oncoming traffic.
