Claudia, who claims to be store manager . Is undeniably simply not wanting to help customers . Its a shame . she called me a lier and denied me service . She really could use some training on how to properly treat the very people that keep her employed. Do your self a favor and go to any other store in the area

I came to this store because I was in the area I usually go to the 1 on beltline in gp but I was near this store. Anyway they were very polite and greeted me right away. Yvette helped me with my fb and snapchat she retrieved my info and I was so happy, thank you Yvette you are the best!

Who ever works there on Saturday March 13 around 2pm, lacks of training.I got there at 1:45 with my little daughter and only one customer infornt of me, I waited 30 minutes then gave up and decided to leave. Not sure what the lady was working on to take her that much of timeWill never go to this branch.

I was getting a new line activated by Rachel, but there were problems porting my old number (which she had no idea about) She tried to tell me my unlocked Note 20 Ultra wasn't compatible with Metro (haha, yeah, what a joke right?) because she couldn't understand why calls wouldn't work but everything else did. I ended up getting frustrated and just told her to start over using a whole new number instead of porting my old number. That ended up working. ?

I went to get phone activated, and was told I couldn't do it for whatever reason, so I go to another metro to get activated cause I felt like it was bs I was receiving at this location well it was true. But my main issue is while they tried to help me they removed my sim card tray and didn't replace it I didn't notice this till I arived the other store. Long story short they lost it and I had to buy a new one thanks alot guys.

Gave me a phone that has bugs it sucks ? service is terrible ? and It goes straight black screen during events I hate this ? worse service ever
