page $110 the last time the guy told me he needed a new card he didn't even get one. I came to another store and it shows that they only processed $12.50 and this month I owe the extra, I don't understand why they stole the extra from me. I think the boy was yamaba Tony, I think he was a flakillo guy. It was on December 6

Came in to pay my bill lady told me $65 I gave her $100 she didn't have change. So I went to my truck I found exactly $65 went back inside the lady was busy so she called her coworker a male he told me $70 I was confused because the lady told me 65. I told him no that's not what she just told me. He told me "that's what the system is showing me, like it or not either pay it or go to another store" very unprofessional. So I went somewhere else and guess what it was $65. Don't go to this store

They didn't want to serve me, they rejected me, I think that's a lack of respect because we all deserve to be treated the same for such a prestigious company, it's not fair that they have staff of that quality.

I went in this store to die to a issue with my new line..my phone is connected to another person's phone somehow..CATHIA OR KATHIA is very rude telling me it's nothing we can do and I have to figure it out..probably due to the kid she had behind the counter she wanted to empty the store ..what she should have done is attempt to help and call customer service and help me fix the issue as a good rep would..if metro takes my money then they're responsible to make sure it works correctly! Don't go here go to another store!!!

I have amazing moment in this awesome store , yesterday and today ,the manager Anthony ,he it's very nice and consider the costumers,and Marcos too a worker there,they both help me very kind and pollite,and more the manager Anthony any issues,he will be patience and help you ,and he is friendly I recommend this store ,I really love the treatment

Store opened up at like 10:20am today, had us waiting outside. Then tried to scam me saying my phone line wasn’t active and that I’d have to pay $100 on a $55 plan. Check them cameras
