Metro by T-Mobile provides an excellent and amazing experience. The manager is highly knowledgeable and the sales representatives are very helpful, polite, and give great customer service, going the extra mile. The store is well maintained and smells fresh. They help set up phones immediately. It is a recommended go-to store for assistance, though there can be occasional issues with applying discounts.

My husband went to see about a new phone. They told him if we switched to T-Mobile, all we will have to pay is sales tax, since we're over 60. So, we got two new Samsungs Galaxy 25 phones. The sales people were super nice & explained everything where we could understand.
