Overcharged me for for 2 new free phones and still won't give me a receipt. I've been in 4 times and keep getting sent away with no proof of purchase because they don't have a printer. Go to Walmart and get a damn printer. Scam scam scam.

Came in to upgrade phone. phone was 99 with upgrade got a case and screen protector paid 215. I asked cashier for a receipt and she said that the printer is not working. That I was going to get a receipt on a message. I don't recommend to go there

Had no idea what they were doing. Needed new phone...picked one... don't have... picked second one... don't have. Had no choice but to buy the one they just happened to have and was $30 more than the original I wanted. Would transfer my information to new phone for $22 more. I hate Metro

10 stars!! Raad was so helpful and kind. He did everything he could to help buying my daughter her first phone for her birthday today. While in the store a very hateful woman came in demanding to be helped immediately. I allowed him to serve her first to help him out. Even though she was extremely rude to him, he kept his cool the whole time. She even tried to get into an arguement with me and he did very well with defusing the situation. This store isn’t the closest store to me, but the way he handled her and the customer service we received, I will make the drive to use him every time we need more services. Raad deserves a raise!!

We recently switched our mobile carrier to T- Mobile and are much happier with the service coverage. We bought the new S21+ which is a good phone with one exception. About a week after buying the phone I went back in and had a screen protector put on it. Up to this point the fingerprint scanner worked brillantly. The salesperson told me that this one particular glass was made specifically for the new S21+ and it would work perfectly with the fingerprint scanner. It doesn't!! It will not work at all. This was a key feature to me. I have hand and wrist issues so being able to do more with the scanner was great instead of more typing Passcode in. In addition the glass screen protector started cracking within a week of getting it. I've never had screen protector crack and I didn't drop it. The cracks started by the volume buttons and later by where the charger cable is plugged in. I've gone in numerous times to the local T- Mobile and the salespeople are clueless. They recommend products" made for the S21+" that don't work but take your$50 bucks. Then once you catch on that this isn't cutting it and you want to replace it with something else that will work they want to charge you again. What a scam! Didn't Samsung test Tempered Glass Protectors on their products before release to figure this out? And shouldn't T- Mobile realize by now that this product doesn't work and shouldn't be recommended? Apparently not since they're still recommending this piece junk!!

I came to this location on Friday and spoke with Hector and Karla they were real friendly and helpful I came back to same location on Sunday at 12:30 and the lady had an attitude not really wanting to help me I will go above her head. You buy your phone with them and pay your bill with them not just you you probably have friends and family who have service too through them too and for them to be unprofessional and disrespectful if you can't be nice to people change jobs work in the morgue.
