If you’re looking for something nice for a great price, I highly recommend Mi Gente Auto Finance. They have beautiful cars in great condition, determined staff & a wide range of options. I was assisted by Christian Hicks & it was the best car leasing experience I’ve had so far. Drove off in my Camaro same day with no problem. Thanks again Christian!

I would put 0 if I could I've been having problems with the vehicle I financed since December 2022. I PAY MY NOTE ON TIME ALL THE TIME AND CHECK THE HISTORY ON THAT. I've been trying to contact someone about getting another vehicle didn't even say nothing just hung up the phone called back oh all of a sudden they were just informed that I had to come to the dealership. It's always a run around. And hassle. Such a waste for a simple question. Custom service sucks. I'm constantly out of pocket for repairs for this vehicle. And it's very frustrating and devastating the treatment I'm receiving when I am a ON TIME paying customer. Something should be done about this. I was accommodated once (no loaner though)and that was because IT WASN'T RUNNING AT ALL for 2 MONTHS but I'm still paying to have things fix on my own to continue to keep it running.. NOT RECOMMENDING THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO NO ONE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE PERIOD!!!

I am so excited about my new purchase. My salesman Dereck was extremely helpful and demonstrated exceptional customer relation skills. He was there hand and foot reassuring me that he would do anything in his power to help me get into a vehicle. He made my visit comfortable and reassuring. Right now, it’s not going to well. Went and got rushed into a truck that looks nice on the outside. They told me the couple things that I did see that they would fix it. I asked them if it broke down before I brought it in and what would happen and the manager assured me that it wouldn’t less than 24 hours later after driving off the lot at Brokedown 45 minutes from my home, in front of a Walmart, this shopping doors. The man I spoke with on the phone worked in sales and told me to leave it there which to me was very unprofessional seeing as I was literally in front of the shopping door at Walmart in the middle of the lane, my truck would not go into gear so I couldn’t even put it in neutral to push it anywhere. Long story short a mechanic came over that worked at Walmart and he helped me get it into gear enough to move it. He told me it look like it was probably something with the transmission but he wasn’t 100% sure because it was dark outside by then, this was on a Saturday night when I broke down and I left with it from the dealership on Friday night as it is I live two hours away from the dealership itself. I was able to get it started and I drove it very easily all the way to my house where she later would not start. It was Labor Day weekend so the dealership was closed on Monday come Tuesday I called for the tow truck like they told me to do the tow truck came out took the truck to Pep Boys has told to do by the dealership and that they would fix everything. Pep Boys had called them and held on the line for half an hour before hanging up with no response they also sent an email and still had no response. I then communicated with Pep Boys again and they told me what had happened. I continue to call MEI corporate and the dealership to either get ignored or pushed off. I asked for a loaner, and about three days later they finally gave me a loaner, but there is issues with this truck as well like rust and dash lights on etc. after two weeks I finally got a hold of someone at the dealership and they finally signed a paper giving Pep Boys permission to diagnose the vehicle. Pep Boys diagnosed it within the day. It has many issues and they sent off a email to the dealership about what needs to be done and they still haven’t heard back neither have I it’s been another week since, Pep Boys told me that it was badly rusted underneath I then sent an email to the dealership letting them know that I did not want the vehicle anymore and I needed to be put into a vehicle that had no rust or very little and working and I still have not received a response back from that email or a call back from all the times I have called and been sent to the managers just to be put on hold or hung up on I paid over $1000 and trade it in my car and now I am stuck with a headache. I will keep updating this review with the outcomes. My first payment is due tomorrow also. 09/18/23My loaner truck was turned off so I called and had to make my first trucks payment to have it turned back on which was only due yesterday. I’ve gotten two cars from this company MEI and this is my third. I’ve never had this issue. they have gone as far as three weeks before turning the vehicle off if I didn’t pay. But less then 24 hrs my loaner was cut off. They charged me $46 extra for insurance. $46 extra on top of my $290 monthly payment for a truck I’m not driving a truck that’s been sitting at the mechanic for over three weeks and four days on my property waiting on a tow to the mechanic. If anything I should pay on the rusted loaner. asked to be put in another non rusted/messed up vehicle and got the response below, yet Pep Boys still never heard from anyone about anything after finally getting approval to diagnose after two wks sitting. I’m so upset! This is down right dirty. what means below is that they’re going to take it back eventually and fix it for dirt cheap. Called service and the dealership today and of course service can’t help because it’s still under the dealership yet they don’t call back. I got call logs backed up. 9/20/23

I had to change my review.I had issues dame week and tried to come get it fixed and as soon as I got home the service engine light came back on. There is a sensor issue , they won’t fix, my car still shakes and no help. I had to get a new battery and I just got the car on 7/15 !! The battery was 200.00 and unfortunately I didn’t have it readily so I had to go into other things to pay for that. I don’t understand at all. You sale a person a car but when you need help there is none. With everything that’s going on in this world it just adds on to it. I need a car so I’m trying my best to be understanding but this isn’t on me.

RUN!! This is the ABSOLUTE worst company EVER! They sold me a lemon that stopped on my way home on the freeway and told me to leave it there and find my own way home. They would not give me my down payment back and I had to pick another vehicle because that one needed a new engine. The vehicle I got next worked for one week and I’ve had problems ever since. I have had it for almost 2 years and it has been a headache. The service department won’t help me. The finance people don’t cars they just want their money. The managers talk to you stupid when you call for help. I am stuck with them and it’s been a horrible experience. PLEASE DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM OR ANYTHING ATTACHED TO AUTOMAX!!!!!!

Terrible place to purchase a car from. Customer service was great right up until you purchase the vehicle. Transmission went bad in a little over a month and they're refusing to fix it under warranty saying theirs nothing wrong with it. I now have to pay an outside mechanic to fix my vehicle. When calling to get updates they constantly forward you to a voicemail that isn't set up. Absolutely do not recommend.

Dereck was very helpful. He was very patient with me. He understood what I wanted and made sure I had it. Other people wanted to get my car but he made sure he held it for me. I would recommend him to anyone. His manager was also a great help. I would rate 10-/10
