Horrible location, I intend to buy a squish toy for my daughter and wanting to use a CODE at checkout for it. The code doesn’t work and tell the cashier and she comes with an attitude and while im talking to her she answers the phone and im like highly annoyed. Then tell her it says the code and i entered it, regardless of it saying online only, she could of gave me the 20% because what difference does it make of me ordering online to come pick it up vs giving me 20% and buying it in store? Customer is always right, if she sees this i hope you get fired you’re so unprofessional!!

Very clean and quiet. The stamp based stuff is pretty much non-existent, lots of empty pegs and slots. Been that way for awhile. But rest of craft supply stock was good. Cute seasonal as always.

I was looking for some aluminum baking pans that the website listed as In Stock at this particular store and when I got there, there were none. I was told they're probably in stock but not on display and that I should buy them online and pick them up so I did that. My order was cancelled because I'm guessing they DIDN'T have the pans after all but never received an email or text or anything about it. I found out two days later when I checked the order number on the website. Rest assured, I'll never be buying a single thing from Michael's again.

I have been going to this location for the last 5 years since I opened my business and on this day I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life. I was followed around the store like a criminal. I was ask 3 times are sure you don’t need help within a 15 min span as the employee named Nyk continues to follow me even follows me to the cash register. I understand there are thieves as I have worked in customer service and or retail my entire life but good lord! I like to walk the store and see everything and see what is marked down, but being followed the entire time is extremely uncomfortable, note just because you have tattoos doesn’t mean you are a criminal! You can keep an eye out without riding their behind!
