Peeps were nice & helpful. Lil pricey but i plan to shop here again. Few misplaced things & few broken things still on the shelves but it was busy so i dont blame the store.

They didn't have exactly what I was looking for when I went, but that's not their fault. I was immediately greeted when walking in, so I asked where what I was looking for would be. The staff member knew where to send me, so a lot of time looking was saved. When I didn't see it, I asked another staff member if it might be somewhere else. She mentioned where she had seen one, and if it was gone, they were out. They were out. Which is fine! The staff was helpful and friendly :)

Incredibly frustrating experience at the store. I sought assistance for embroidery supplies, and despite the cashier's efforts to call the manager, Nick, for help, I was dismissed and directed to aisle 42, where I still couldn't locate the items I needed. The manager's lack of involvement left me feeling unsupported and undervalued as a customer.Clearly, there's a need for better training of the manager to improve her image in front of her staff and customers.This situation occurred October 24 at 5:22pm
