We out-of-towners brought in our ailing pickup truck for some diagnostic services. The folks at Midas were super helpful and friendly. We probably won’t be back in the area for future service but definitely recommend them to anyone.

I went for a oil change and car wouldn't start for them to proceed they spent 2 1/2 hours on it trying to diagnose the problem at no charge for a 29.99 oil change the best my first time ever going.

What an incredible experience. Here’s why:
1. I came in for an issue with my steering / alignment that was so bad I could hardly drive at all. It was so dangerous, the wheel was jerking and completely turned 180° to go straight! Midas team (Lexi) understood the urgency and got my car back and looked at immediately that morning.
2. Within an hour I had an answer, which if you’ve been to a mechanic, is unheard of. They showed me photos and exact descriptions of what was wrong with my car. I was then quoted about $900 for the repair which made sense given the severity.
3. Upon calling my dealership (where I have an extended warranty on the car) they said to bring it to them, to file the claim, get it diagnosed all over again etc. when I relayed this to Midas (Lexi and the owner, lovely ladies) they informed me that I would not need to drive it to the dealership to file a claim as long as I have the warranty phone number, they can do it for me right there. I had no idea this was an option as my dealership did not inform me, Lexi and team were adamant it was not safe for me to drive this way, especially 30 minutes to Burleson.
4. Within about 20 minutes, they had contacted my warranty company, filed the claim and got it approved. Dave was absolutely incredible on the phone, creating chitchat with the company and getting them to approve every last penny of what I needed.
5. To top it all off they had exact times for how long the repair would take, when it would be ready (SAME DAY) AND Dave offered to give me a ride to work, as well as pick me up when my vehicle was ready. Customer service from Dave was just amazing.
I have truly never had such an incredible experience with a mechanic. They will be my absolute go to moving forward. Their sense of urgency and care for my situation was astounding. Thank you so much Midas and team, don’t hesitate to go here if you’ve got an issue with your vehicle!!!!

I have been a loyal customer of MIDAS since 2021, when I bought my first car from Ohio to Texas. This is the first time I have been really upset with service. I had a nail in one of my tires, and you guys said it was repairable, so I had it fixed. However, it apparently was not repaired properly. Every three to four days, the tire loses pressure, and I have to reinflate it. I visited your store, and you said you would look into it, but nothing was done, when I am calling you back now, you mentioned that “nothing was found.” I also had my oil changed and my oil pan replaced. My first question is: if the tire was not repairable, you should have informed me. If a tire rotation could not be performed, you should have let me know rather than noting on the report that I declined the service. It is not acceptable to take advantage of your loyal customers’ trust in this way.
