Well so far my experience was decent, the crosswalk guy and kid directing traffic where you donate, great help and such good manners and polite and helpful and courteous. But then a lady with really short hair and glasses and short came out and she was kinda rude when I explained what I was there for and got told to pull in round about there and she goes and walks off while I was still speaking and asking a question because I'm not from arlington and I don't know my way round there, the kind black young man that was walking with this lady turned and paused and actually listened to my question and gave me directions of where I could go which I greatly appreciate his help. The lady was rude and acted snobbish and Luke she didn't care at all and seemed bossy. That's not a good attitude to have round the holidays and at a church type function or where people take their family's for assistance. If she thinks she's to good for the job or just doesn't like being there (the impression that was put off) then she should go work somewhere else. Out of the 5 people that was there that I encountered she was the ONLY ONE with a bah humbug attitude! I left disappointed due to her fasaude and demeanor. "Ms Scooge" it wouldn't kill you to smile or treat people respectful as I used my manners to you being you are an elder, you should treat people with respect as well as they do unto you. Hope you ma'am have a Merry Christmas and you lighten up and quit putting off that aura of being stuck up! You are not better then anyone else, God created us equal as the son suffered and endured for all our sins beforehand. God bless you!

My boyfriend and I have fallen behind on some of our bills. We showed up and with in 15 minutes we were seen by Mary. We also needed food and even got a cake. Thanksgiving dinner is also being delivered to us. I hate asking for help but this place is amazing. No question about it. Everyone was so kind. I’m truly grateful for that. I have things I’d love to donate.

When I was in between jobs needing food and household items, I would come here. Very supportive, they have all kinds of services for mental health, basic healthcare, home goods, clothing and pantry needs all in one spot for your entire family. I'm not ashamed to say yes at one point I needed help and did just that. Now I give back to them to help someone else. They don't keep good stuff for themselves and employees. They give it to the people. They will pray with you also if you need.

We donated some clothing and household items today. What an incredible experience. As soon as we pulled up several volunteers came out to the car and politely asked what they could help with. The vehicle was emptied in no time. We are so blessed to have Mission Arlington in our community to assist families. Our family loves knowing others are helped by this wonderful organization.

This is the best thrift store I have ever seen. They take in tons of donations in a very efficient manner. Including book fabrics and clothes. This would be the place to go to find virtually anything you might need.

I’m really grateful for what they could do..The building you take your voucher too is very disorganized and confusing. Asked for milk but they didnt give it. Just a bunch of random can goods and frozen broccoli. They only give 5 diapers which will barely last a day if that. I’m really trying my best to support my family and it seems a lot of people take advantage of the systems and charity so people like me are left with no help.

I love the people but at intake some can be rude when expressing your needs. They have been there for me many times. It is a great place. Just maybe a few bad apples that can be healed

These people have become arrogant, the staff, for the love of God or anything, this is an agency that believes that it can humiliate just for what they give, but it is no longer what it was before and that is why now they limit it because God looks at all the management that you get there. They look below the man, I was discouraged, don't bring the church into this

I’ve had the opportunity to volunteer here a few times, and it’s amazing how much they do. They’re solely focused on bettering their community and reaching out to those in need, and are so loving to everyone that comes though.
