In my opinion, you don't even deserve one Starr. How dare you tell us online that something is in stock and then 15 minutes later say oh no it'll be delivered after Christmas. If you can't trust Walmart, who can you trust it won't happen to me again

On Thursday, September 7, 2023, around 6:00 pm, I waited 20 minutes for the auto professionals to wait on other customers who were ahead of me. I ordered specific tires. The auto professional stated: "Your tires should be here Monday or Tuesday. We will text you when they come in." I received no text. I came early Tuesday morning at 6:30 am, September 12. At 7:00 am, auto professionals were opening doors and setting up displays all around my vehicle but no one spoke to me. At 7:30 am a man asked "How can I help you." I explained the above. He looked up my information on his iPad and stated: "Your tires have not come in yet. They should be in today. We will text you when they come in." I received no text. Today, Friday, September 15, 2023 around 6:00 pm, I went into this Walmart, walked to the auto center in the back of the store, waited about 20 minutes for them to wait on people who were ahead of me. Then the auto professional asked: "May I help you?" I explained the above to him. He went into the work bays looking for my tires. He came back to me after about 10 minutes and stated: "All I could find is one of your tires." He then assists his employee with a car battery. I said to him: "Hey Marc, Just cancel my order." Marc replied, "OK." He never apologized once. I'm done with Walmart Auto Professionals. I will now go to Discount Tire where I should have gone to begin with.

This is the walmartiest Walmart that ever did exist. Yes, you can find everything you need here, including all the Cowboys gear. The store itself is actually really nice and impressive. They even have newer shopping carts, although half of them are strewn across the parking lot. I would imagine this would be a great stop for tourists since all the touristy things are so close, BUT IT'S NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR TOURISTS...or people that can't keep a straight face and not do a double take when they see things that are generally not socially acceptable. Go to another Walmart...just don't come here and if you have to, wear sunglasses, maybe a mask, get what you came for, and get out. GET OUT!

This Walmart Supercenter has everything, including Goldee's BBQ Sauce. Located across the street from AT&T Field, this is a great place to come after Cowboys and Rangers games.

On July 8,2023 me and my daughter was stranded at this Walmart SuperCenter because A-AArlington Abandoned Vehicle Towing claims that Walmart SuperCenter at 915 E Randol Mill R Arlington Texas told them to tow my vehicle from their Private Parking Lot. I have pictures and video of this parking lot of Walmart SuperCenter at 915 E Randol Mill R Arlington Texas. And this parking lot has no sign that says private property no sign at all that says private property! I have spoke with several employees at this Walmart which claim and are aware that there is scouts in the parking lot searching for anyone who walks in any other direction other then that Walmart SuperCenter that I was informed by their head of security that if and when you have exited the store and walk to the sidewalk and not your vehical they have the right to have your vehical towed. The signage that is posted at every entrance or exit does not state if you walk away from your vehicle in any other direction other than the Walmart SuperCenter you are in violation of private property parking policies no sign says that information. No sign says if you are not conducting business anywhere else but this Walmart SuperCenter that they have the right to tow your vehicle. There is also no timeframe of how long your vehicle can be left unattended, or as they claim abandoned on any sign. In my case, my car was towed within fifteen minutes of me leaving it. I walked away from my car around 5:35pm on July 8, 2023 My car was towed at 5:50 PM. I was back inside the parking lot and inside of Walmart at 6 PM searching for my vehicle. I was not the only victim this day there were several other victims, one man said his wife was shopping inside the Walmart and he went and bought a T-shirt from the sidewalk of the street along side of this Walmart, and they towed his vehicle as well. They told him regardless of his wife, shopping inside of Walmart, he was the operator of the vehicle and walked away, which gave the tow company the right to tow his vehicle without consent. There are several other stories that I could tell you, but this is horrible. I have spoken to corporate Walmart and have not had a happy resolution. There were more than 30 victims on this day, including me, and my daughter, not only was it a horrible experience, but it was even worse at the towing company. A-AArlington Abandoned Vehicle located at 714 East Division Street Arlington Texas TDLR # 005655258C me and my daughter was racially Profiled was called names, the B word and a Ho@ when the lady with the gold teeth knew my name, I was told that I could not retrieve my vehical for another hour after taking my money. She told the guy who let me in the gate to not let me in and to close it behind me and not let me leave. Me and my daughter was very scared and in fear for our life. This lady was belligerent. She was yelling. She was screaming. She was screaming at me my daughter she was screaming at other employees that work there. I have informed Walmart supercenter at 915 E. Randol Mill Rd., Arlington, TX of the horrible treatment that me and my daughter and my family member who graciously came all the way from Weatherford to take me to retrieve my car from this towing company to be verbally attacked from 2 female employees from this towing company. I had to give this Walmart a single star, which it absolutely deserves Nothing. Me being one of Walmart and Sams devoted consumer will now reflect, and take my money elsewhere. I hope other people that have experienced the horrible experience that I and my daughter had at this particular Walmart SuperCenter also speak out and speak up about their terrible and horrible experience. I hope they also make their complaints and tell their story. This towing company is using TDLR chapter 2303, and 2308 to conduct their illegal tows which does not apply in those Chapters. I am very familiar with the TDLR regulations and I have read thoroughly over this policy and no where does it state that in my situation I was in violation of the parking policies on private property with no

It's Walmart. Enough said. You're going to find all the basic essentials of life at a reasonable price, but don't expect any fun new brands or extraordinary service. In the grocery section, the shelves are neat but the aisles are busy. Avoid the vegetables and fruits because I saw more than a few gnats enjoying them before you. If you do make it there, the food and grocery section is on the left as you face the store while the household and outdoor items are on the right. Electronics, as usual, are in the back. Parking gets busy pretty much all day so arrive early or late to have an easier time. Entirely avoid this store if there's a game going on at the stadium across the street.

Prices have gone up to almost match target. When compared online it's about a 1-3 cent difference. most of the carts have something wrong with them, they force you to show your receipt even though your not paying a membership barely have lanes open, self check out is a nightmare. 0/10 would not recommend one of the worse Walmarts to go to.

This Walmart is always so busy and so packed and it's maybe because it's right next to the Entertainment District, but I try to avoid going to this Walmart. It has everything you need and it's your typical Walmart... but I also have a bias against Walmart because I mean.... they're simply not the best. The lines are pretty long here so be expected to wait a while, but this location is pretty big and they also have a McDonald's in this location as well. If you need quick shopping/grocery shopping, you can come here but I try not to go to Walmarts because they're just simply mediocre.

Absolutely turd service I went to go shopping and they had my car towed thinking I went to a baseball game. Don't shop at this place the staff said to deal with it and it's not their problem and unlucky. Walmart will never get my business or anyone I talk to.

The store overall Is a little cluttered - maybe they are out of room at this location. Staff friendly and fairly easy to get in and out of. I usually stop here if i need something quick but don't have time to go another store where i will likely pay more.

Tried Walmart pick up.... i could have get in and bought items myself 3 times in that time it took to get order. Employee walked like Sleepy Joe, not worth the waiting.

DO NOT go to this walmart!! i use the curbside pickup on the walmart app to avoid the spread of COVID, and every single time i place an order i don't even receive HALF of the things that i purchased and was STILL charged the FULL AMOUNT. no one tried contacting me to tell me they either don't have that certain item or if i would like to switch it to something else. there's no number to call to fix this problem and either get my money back or actually get the things i purchased!!

Daryl Gee has made my experience lovely. He has one of the best customer service I've ever came across. Every time I come by, he is working alone. He always attends to each customer with kindness, and when someone is in line waiting he makes sure he acknowledges them, and lets them know that he will be with them shortly. He is a very great multi tasker and such a blessing for him to be able to help me with my glasses. Thank you Daryl Gee

I stopped here to use their parking lot while I quickly ran across the street to the stadium. They seem quite serious about not parking here for stadium events so I planned accordingly. Either I was quick enough to be out and back, or they weren't enforcing it on this Saturday morning. The store is pretty dismal and ranks among the bottom half of Walmarts I've seen. Several out of stock areas. Carts in the cart corrals. Queues at the registers. Just a general disappointment all around. On the plus side, they did have a decent selection of Cowboys jerseys and shirts and hats. So if you're planning to attend the game and need something with that five-pointed star on it, here you go. Worst Walmart ever, the traffic here is terrible because of it's location next to the AT&T stadium. They must be terribly under staffed because the lines for every single lane and self checkout are so long that they go into the clothes and jewelry section, I have never seen a nothing like this.
