My machine wouldn't go up to the normal setting. I called the office and the lady walked me through settings to restore the proper operation speed. Their was a problem with ramp time. All in all, a very pleasurable experience!

Super friendly staff! Always willing to go the extra mile for me. Couldn’t ask for a better place to assist me with my CPAP machine and supplies.

I received a call at 6pm on a Wednesday evening. I called right back; finally gave up after 20 minutes on hold. I've called every day, twice a day since then (4 days). I don't think there are any live people working in the corporate office.Update: the recording says they "pride themselves on working around the patient's schedule". I call BS! I've been on hold for hours over several days. How about working around my schedule??

This was my first encounter with this facility. The building is pretty large. When I pulled up I was not sure what entrance to use as there were about 4 entrances all around the building. I was just given an address and suite number but no directions on how to get there. I walked in the wrong side. I had to walk all the way around, and I was not finding the suite. Luckily I ran into a woman who asked me if I needed help. She directed me to where I needed to go. Once at the medical supply I was greeted by a nice office manager who set me up with my equipment. The process was simple and easy. It was all explained and I was able to leave with no issues.

So far between this company and my doctor I have been waiting for over a year. Very nice people and I do appreciate anything they have tried but it's not working and I'm using very wore out equipment.

Best medical supply company I have ever worked with. The staff is friendly and supplies are shipped in a timely manner. Every time I have called they have been able to help me. I have had a perfect experience with this company.
