After having the worst experience of my life dealing with Public Storage I was going to call around and find an affordable good unit I literally made one call and I spoke to Miss Faye and I didn't call anybody else because her customer service and her personality won me over. The facility is just like any of the storage unit it was clean and ready for me but I would not have rented from there if it wasn't for Miss Faye. She was light-hearted lovely very personable and thorough about the information that she provided regarding the rental late fees monthly due dates and current promotions. Let's face the type of person that after meeting them you tell your friend the world will be such a better place if everyone was just like her

Rent here best customer service the lady name Fayth is by far the most nicest person you will ever meet in this type of business. The office and storage facility is clean w amazing prices.

Sending a huge shoutout to Miss Faye with Avid storage!! She made the whole process of moving in easy, and her communication skills are on point!! I explained my needs for having storage & not only did she mention the size she thought might be great she took me to see it!! It was perfect. We moved in. Faye’s outgoing personality & kindness was beyond excellent!!!

I’m so glad I chose Avid Storage. There were so many locations down the road but you cannot beat the pricing and Faye was really nice ensuring the rental process was quick and showed me where my unit was located. She lives onsite and they had camera upgrades as well I can use my phone to access the gate which is a plus. I would definitely recommend for the customer service and great value!

I recently had a rental in this facility with a terrible experience. Termites damaged some of the furniture, calls made about it and they sprayed but no sorry or offered to pay for damage, rat poop all over the unit and atop all furniture, leaks in ceiling with a tar residue damaging a couple of pieces beyond repair,
When door opened to unit a huge cloud of dust came out of it. A very thick dust layer was over everything yet I had not been in this unit very long for this to happen. I have had many storage units over the years and have NEVER experienced ANY issues such as this. Absolutely dreadful…
I caution you about this place.
Not to mention the difficulty driving in with road humps, no larger trucks will fit and more.
