It's 434pm on Thursday July 3rd 2025. The young lady behind the counter is by herself doing an amazing job getting people checked out. I can't believe they left her alone. She needs a raise and many praises for her outstanding job and keeping cool with the amount of customers she had. Keep smiling you are doing a great job. I see you!

Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed after being a loyal customer at this location for over 8 years. While I was waiting in line and ready to pay for my purchase at the register, the employee named Mike—who was standing in front of the register—suddenly walked away and helped another customer at a different register. It was clear that the other customer was either his friend or someone he knew.
I asked him why he skipped me even though I was next in line, but he completely ignored me. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it. There was no name badge or anything on his shirt to identify him.
Then i have waiting and ask few others to findout his name !!!!
To make matters worse, he started joking about the situation with the other customer, clearly making fun of me, and continued to ignore my request for his name. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. 🤬🤬

My husband paid $14 in cash for a $2 drink and asked for the other $12 to go to his pump . There should have been $12 on the pump but there was only $9 . She pocketed the $3 and thiught he would just let it go! I was on the phone the whole time and she really tried to take his money. Whoever was working around 5:30 needs to be investigated because if she's doing this to everyone who comes in that's some good scam money she's making .

This morning I came by to pump gas and I liked how clean it looked. Cashier was very polite. I recommend every time y’all come here. It was very clean and organized. Everything was fantastic.

The 3 stars I give are for the daytime crew. The night time crew gets zero. They generally don't speak to customers because they are too busy talking amongst themselves or on their phone (which is in their hand so they ring you up entirely with one hand), are slow, look at you as if they cannot fathom why you are in their presence, and cannot answer a question as simple as "where is your coffe?" (something another customer asked while I was in today). The girl behind the counter looked truly baffled by this question. I try to limit my visits in the evening but being a driver sometimes makes that impossible. I want my points. Also something they have to be reminded of every evening trip. Kudos to the day shift for their hard work and for actually having personalities!

If I could post less than one star I would. I've been going to this gas station for several years now and I have never experienced such a lack of respect until the last month or so. If you can't be respectful, or at the very least have some sense of customer service, maybe you shouldn't get a customer service job. Absolute trash. I won't be coming here at night anymore. Fire the whole night staff......
