If i could give zero stars i will because of the worker name Micah ken is the worst employee ever at Arlington store have bad attitude with anger management.If you want to keep your customers you should walk him out or don’t make him deal with customers .

Pretty good place to go in, the guitars are good and the amp are good too. I went couple of times just to play some guitars. I would definitely go here again!

Took our daughter's violin in for repair in August and rented one for her to use in school in the meantime. After several months of waiting, calling with no answer and finally going up there we were told it could not be repaired. Several months after that (now April, close to the end of the school year) my wife goes in to buy a new shoulder rest that our daughter can use with the rental. Lo and behold... our violin is repaired and has been for months. Employee tells my wife that they tried to call her but her "phone was disconnected" (blatant lie). It seems they lied to us and dodged us for 8 months so that they could continue to charge us for the rental. Oh yeah, and they charged us full price for the repair as well. These people are unscrupulous and charlatans. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

zero stars if I could. My daughter was taking lessons there and she has only had 1 out of the 4 lessons that we have already paid for, we missed a few b/c either my daughter was sick or the instructor was sick. So they just decided that after 4 weeks they will automatically charge us, even though again she has only had 1 out of the 4 lessons. I asked for a refund and the associate said it will take several weeks... so let me get this right, you can charge us at 12:01 am to take your money, but cant refund us for several weeks? How do you run a business like that? This is beyond ridiculous. The associate said earlier this month its his boss that runs the automatic charges but today he blamed it on corporate. this place is a scam... DONT DO IT!

I would leave a negative star if I could but not to the store or the manager who helped me place an order online with their HQ. A few days after the order was placed at this store I received an email from their HQ admin requesting me to call in for verification which I did. I had a heated conversation him requesting me to email my driver's license. I told him I would but for what reason? I am paying for a 700$ instrument, not a gun or weapon?! He was really rude n refused to let me know so I told him I will revisit the store and show them my ID for verification. After hanging up the phone I wrote an email to have someone else, to call me for clarification but no one replied so I went to the store two days later, the manager explained the possible reasons n copied both my and my daughter's driver's license alone with my credit card n emailed to the HQ. So that's done. But only to find out a few hours later the rude agent at HQ had canceled the order probably right after our conversation.Now I have gone to the store twice, my daughter and my personal information are out there, our order is canceled and the product is out of stock so we can't reorder, my daughter is upset. This is very frustrating bc the HQ obviously doesn't value new customer, it is making excuses for not selling a popular item during Cyber Monday sales and they canceled the order so they can sell the product at full price later on. This HQ staff is not well trained to communicate with the customers, it's not well managed and I found out it has filed for bankruptcy.Again, this location in Arlington is clean & organized and the staff is helpful, I was looking forward to going there for lessons after the purchase of the instrument.But now I want nothing to do with Music n Arts.

We have been renting a violin here for the past 2 years. Everyone here is very friendly, helpful and full of knowledge. We have come here to get help on our guitars as well and they are always quick and super helpful! Great group of people. Thanks!

Music and arts is a great place! My son is in the Marching Band, Orchestra and Jazz Band in high school and they have handled all our music needs the past 4 years.

Amazing service workers were friendly and helpful. I bought a trombone cupmute and arrived early then expected and had an amazing customer service definitely recommend if need a instrument and affordable.

Great first experience! The 2 men I dealt with seemed to be very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. I expressed my concerns since I'm a mom of a newbie and they made me feel much more confident with my purchase. I would definitely recommend and will be making this my go to music place.

So I've never been happier for there to be no one at any Guitar Center in Arlington / Ft. Worth that can actually string a guitar that worked today. They would've charged me $20. Music & Arts just charged the price of the strings and strung my instrument while I waited jamming on their modest, yet still fun acoustic offerings. Final price was less than $8. Never going back to Guitar Center again for strings.

"G" is the man! The staff at this location is second to none. It had been a minute since I'd been in and G took the time to call another employee (since promoted to another store) to see if he remembered which strings he put on it last time...and he did remember! G took care of my Taylor Mini restring in no time and I was completely impressed with the care and professionalism with everyone at this location. Excellent customer service and great selection of inventory for the size of the store. You can trust G and his staff with your "babies" at this location. Thanks again G...you are truly an asset to your company!! Time to do some jammin'
